Green beans salad

Ingredients

Green beans about 500 g
Onion 1 head
Tomatoes 2 pcs.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Refueling:
Vinegar 2 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 5 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Boil the green beans in salted water until tender (about 15 minutes, I like not very boiled ones) (you can canned canned green beans, just drain the water). In the meantime, finely chop the medium head of onions and pour over 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar (better than apple cider), add a chopped tomato or two, a boiled egg or two, and cooled beans. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add 5 tbsp. tablespoons of olive (or sunflower) oil.
