  • I must say right away that the notion is not mine, I found it on the Internet, I can't say more precisely, I did not save the author. But I really liked the idea and I immediately implemented it.
  • Beat the protein lightly with a whisk or fork, if you are going to paint it in several colors, then divide it into several parts. I did it in spoons.

  • Divide into as many parts as there are flowers. Add color and stir.

  • Use a plastic Kinder Joy egg tray or a suitable sized spoon. Fill it with sugar, trim the cut with a knife. I made big eggs in a huge spoon. When there was not enough sugar of the same color, I made multi-colored halves.

  • Preheat the oven to 100 degrees and turn it off! Place the eggs for 25 minutes. During this time, they will dry out and keep their shape.
  • And then start decorating. To do this, you can take confectionery dressing, sugar beads, sculpt figures from sugar mastic. You can glue on icing (protein + powdered sugar). having tinted in the desired colors.
  • If you want to make eggs with a surprise from two halves, then remove the extra core with a knife, glue and decorate.
