Green radish salad with pickled cheese

Ingredients

Radish green 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Suluguni cheese (feta cheese) marinated 2-3 st. l.
Fresh greens 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l.
Vinegar taste
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • I used pickled cheese and butter for this recipe 🔗

  • Finely chop the onion in half rings, add a pinch of salt and marinate in aromatic vinegar.

  • Cut the radish into thin slices.

  • Mash cheese or feta cheese with a fork.

  • Put a layer of radish on a plate, pour a little oil on top, sprinkle with pickled onions, cheese, herbs, a little oil on top, and spread it in layers.

  • For taste, you can add art. l. cranberries to sprinkle on top of the salad.
