Ingredients

Kiwi 2 pcs.
Avocado 1 small
Fresh cucumber 1 medium
Fresh parsley 1 tbsp. l.
Big shrimps 10-12 pcs.
Lime 2-3 slices
Pepper peas, bay leaf
Vegetable oil - for frying and dressing
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the shrimps in a hot pan, sprinkle with salt, add peppercorns, bay leaf, lemon wedges. Stir the shrimps constantly, bring them to readiness. Let the finished shrimp cool slightly.

  • Cut cucumbers, avocado, kiwi into a bowl.
  • Add peeled shrimp, parsley, vegetable oil, salt to taste.

  • Stir gently so as not to damage the fruit, and put it in a salad bowl.

  • Emerald salad

Note

A very light, nutritious salad!
Good combination of shrimp, fruit.
For dressing, only vegetable oil is enough, since the shrimps have already been cooked with the addition of lime.
