I baked two loaves today. Polish bun and Hungarian. Only added a gag. In the morning I grabbed some bran in the store (And I must say that in our backwoods it is a holiday, for example, when I asked for rye flour from such eyes) So. Oven preheated to 250 gr. - 5 minutes
Reduced to 230 gr. - 10 minutes
Reduced to 160 gr. - 10 minutes
Thermometer in the ass Measured the temperature-98.7. Ready, sir.
The total baking time is 25 minutes.
