Cooking method

  • Cooking:
  • First, cut the meat into small cubes and fry it in a mold.
  • Fry at medium fan speed at 205 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

  • After that, mix the meat, onions, fresh herbs and part of the garlic. Add salt, pepper and spices.
  • Mix all this well.
  • For grapefruits or oranges, carefully cut off the top - in the form of a lid.
  • With a sharp knife, cut out the middle of the fruit - where the slices join.
  • Lightly crush the remaining pulp with a spoon and fill the fruit with the meat filling and sprinkle with the remaining garlic.
  • After that, close the fruit with a "lid" and place it on the middle rack of the airfryer.
  • Cook on high fan speed at 235 degrees for 15 minutes

  • When serving, we will stick a bunch of fresh herbs into each "golden ball".
