Chicken breast kebabs in the airfryer

one chicken breast
spices for grilled chicken to taste

Cooking method

Cut the breast into slices the size of a small walnut, pickle with onions, spices, soy sauce, liquid smoke. If there is a marinator, scroll two cycles in it. In the marinator, the marinade is well absorbed into the chicken. If there is no marinator, just let it stand for at least a couple of hours. Skewer the chicken on small yakitori bamboo skewers, alternating with marinade onions and halved sherry tomatoes (a piece of meat, a piece of onion, half a tomato, etc.)
bake in AG at a temperature of 205 gr. and high airflow until the meat is browned.
Serve with boiled rice or other favorite side dish and salads.

AG turned out to be a lifesaver. However, liquid smoke had to be added to the marinade. For frying kebabs on a regular grill, it is more convenient to string them on ordinary bamboo skewers (which are more authentic), and there is enough smoke in a regular grill
