  • I found this recipe on the Internet a long time ago and only yesterday decided to try it, doubting that something delicious would come out. The recipe is very simple, beat the amber cheese with a mixer (do not be afraid that it is salty, I was "Milky Way") add the curd mass, then powder and slowly add butter (I had homemade), vanillin to taste, bake a regular biscuit, you can take recipe for your favorite biscuit, bake 3 thin cakes d = 26cm and soak coffee with cognac or coffee with amaretto, smear it with cream, dividing it into 2 parts, sprinkle it with pieces of chocolate on top of the cream and put it in the refrigerator, it stood for about 2 hours like we started eating it in the morning there was a small piece left, but it was even tastier

Yes. Whipped 0.5 liters of cream with 1 tbsp. Sahara. Separately, amber, cottage cheese and butter. Stirred into the cream by hand. Something I did not find the freshest amber, I took a cream-sir of a vershok Zveni Gora 350g, I took half of the norm, but it turned out well. I think that processed cheese gives such a consistency, plastic and soft. If you like a more sour cream taste, then you can take even less, I tried it with homemade thick sour cream and 1 pack of cream cheese, 200 g of cottage cheese or mass, 100 g of butter is very tasty!
