The cake is simply gorgeous, the taste is awesome, and not at all heavy, although the cream was made from cream. In the interlayer, I did not wind circles of cream, I just smeared it with cherry filling and cream on top. It turned out to be a huge 2 kg cake, but ended very quickly. Vitalinka, thanks a lot !

I am accountable for the cake. He is beautiful!! Cherries add a wonderful sourness (I had a homemade frozen one). I took the juice from an ordinary homemade canned compote, took it in 100 ml. more than indicated in the recipe, and before pouring the starch, I poured it into a separate bowl, and soaked the cake with these juice (I temporarily cannot drink alcohol). And I also took 450 ml of cream, since I did not smear it with them. And in the end it still turned out delicious)) Apparently, no matter how you change the recipe, it's still good)) smeared the sides with the rest of the cream, but decorated it with protein cream (I'm still learning how to handle it, but crooked hands prevent the beautiful from being embodied)) In general, here and so it happened!
