Kozinaki from "Hercules"

Ingredients

margarine 100 g
granulated sugar 100 g
Hercules 200 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Place 100 g of margarine and granulated sugar in a skillet and heat until the mixture turns reddish brown.
  • 2. Pour (weight) 200 g of rolled oats into it, stir well and place on a cutting board.
  • 3. Roll out quickly with a rolling pin and cut into pieces until solidified. (I usually level out the mass with a tablespoon).
