Hello everyone!!! Well, I baked yesterday Donetsk bread made from wheat flour of the highest grade, sweet, I'll tell you the taste like grandmother's in the oven once !!! Exactly the same!!! But what a misfortune happened to me 401 modelka and on the edges (in the corners) for some reason the flour did not stir me !!!! I saw that it did not interfere in the corners and with a spatula helped with kneading, but still there was flour in the corners! What to do in this case) I fell asleep in this order:
Dry instant yeast - 2 tsp,
Wheat flour, premium quality - 500g,
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Sugar - 120 g
Butter - 50g, melt in the microwave.
Raisins - 50 g (optional)
Vanilla sugar to taste.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.,
Egg - 1 pc stir in milk - 300 ml
Maybe on the contrary, first fill up liquid things, and then dry?

The first bread was baked according to the recipe from the book to the stove and it came out like a pancake. The dough turned out to be thin and did not fit well in the process. But for the first baking, I fundamentally decided not to interfere with the process and recipe, in order to understand what will happen in the end. The result came out not presentable, but tasty and was eaten at an incredible speed (I didn't even have time to photograph)
The children immediately demanded a second loaf of bread. The second kneaded Bread "Snack" (with cheese, dill and salami) according to the recipe Stеrn... Immediately I want to say a huge thank you to everyone - for sharing your experience, practical advice and delicious recipes with us-teapots.In the recipe, I changed the amount of sausages and removed the cheese, because the older cub does not tolerate cheese. The bread rose beautifully, however, it weighed a whole kilogram and rested against the lid of the bread machine, but I was very pleased with the roseltat

6th bread - Rye on kvass (with seeds and raisins):

Kvass Khatni - 230 ml.
Kefir (low fat) -100ml.
Grows. oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Egg - 1pc.
Sugar -1.5 tbsp. l
Wheat flour - 250g.
Rye flour - 250g.
2 heaping spoons of oatmeal
Salt - 1.5 tsp l.
dry yeast - 1.75 hours l.
100 g shell seeds (filled on a signal)
50 gr. steamed raisins (fall asleep on signal)
!!! Add only seeds and raisins in turn and make sure that they interfere with the dough and do not get lost in the corners of the bucket.

I tried to cook in different modes:
Diet program (No. 3), size: Large, crust: Dark
Program French (No. 2), size: Large, crust: Dark
The result is the same - very tasty !!!
