Thanks for such a wonderful recipe, mine really liked it, they didn’t even let it cool down for 5 minutes. True, I don't have a slow one, I still can't buy it, but the dough leaves much to be desired. So in a yogurt maker I made dessert two cycles, and then left to cool. in general, somewhere around 3 hours left. Well, very tasty dessert.

I did it without cream, added half of the fermented baked milk and sugar, it turned out just super, tender, tasty, non-nutritious, only 104 calories per 100 g.

Selena, it's a shame you're disappointed, but it's an experience. In Ukraine, colostrum is widespread in villages, who have been from childhood and are used to the taste of colostrum, then they will appreciate this recipe familiar from childhood. I tried it, I liked the recipe, very similar, but not as thick and dense as the real one. Thank you Queenie again.
