Cauliflower and broccoli for garnish

Ingredients

Cauliflower (frozen) 400g
Broccoli (frozen) 400g
Salt, pepper to taste
Lemon juice 1/2 pc
Parmesan cheese to taste and desire
Vegetable or olive oil grease the bowl

Cooking method

  • Without defrosting, place the cabbage in a bowl.
  • Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan on top.
  • We select the Potato mode.
  • It turns out very tasty.

This mode lasts twenty minutes, it is under pressure, but I think it will turn out just as delicious in any other multicooker. Baking or frying mode (so that excess liquid evaporates). Today I did it in another pressure cooker, approximately 20 minutes is enough for the same time, but a little liquid remained, I put it on the frying mode for a couple of minutes. Mom makes 40 minutes on baking in Panasonic and steam / cooking in a multi-hooter (I can lie, I don't remember the modes) in 25-30 minutes everything is ready.
