Ingredients

mashed potatoes
mushrooms
sour cream
eggs 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • 1. First I boiled the potatoes, mash them.
  • 2. Added 100 g sour cream, 2 eggs, mixed everything.
  • 3. And, in the meantime, the mushrooms (they were ready-made bought: for frying (from a jar), chop finely and fry and salt with onions in butter.
  • 4. I took the mold, laid it out with one layer of mashed potatoes, then mushrooms, and we had enough for a layer of mushrooms and a layer of mashed potatoes, anointed with an egg and into the airfryer, about 20 to 200 degrees (approximately). It was so delicious that I didn't even expect it.
