Spring cake

Ingredients

flour 2 glasses
sugar 2 glasses
butter 250 g
raisins 1 glass
eggs 2 pcs.
yolk 4 things.
baking powder 1 pack.
whipped egg whites 4 things.
salt on the tip of a knife
cocoa powder 1 tbsp. spoon
powdered sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
chocolate 100 g
milk 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Grind butter with sugar, add eggs and yolks, beat until sugar is completely dissolved. Add salt, baking powder, add flour and raisins, mix, divide into two parts in one add cocoa and divide the whipped proteins into two parts and add the proteins to the dough. Knead the dough quickly, stirring from top to bottom. Gently mix the two parts of the dough to form strips. Immediately put it into molds, richly oiled, filling 3/4 full. Gently, without shaking, put in the oven. Bake at 180 C for an hour. Determine readiness with a toothpick.

  • Divide the chocolate into pieces and melt with milk in a microwave at full power for about 2 minutes, stir well so that there are no lumps.
  • Sprinkle the finished cakes with plenty of powdered sugar and pour over with chocolate, use a spoon to make a pattern as in the photo
