Mint ice cream (based on Anastasia's ice cream)

Ingredients

cream 22% 500ml
eggs 2 pcs
mint syrup 6 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat separately: yolks and 2 tablespoons of syrup, proteins with 2 tablespoons of syrup, cream with 2 tablespoons of syrup. We mix everything - and into an ice maker.
  • The syrup was cooked according to a recipe from the Internet:
  • sugar 650 g
  • mint leaves, dried 50 g
  • water 500 g
  • Dried mint leaves are poured with boiling water and insisted for 40-50 minutes in a lidded container, then filtered. Granulated sugar is dissolved in the prepared mint infusion and, stirring continuously, boiled at low boil for 10-15 minutes and cooled.
