Cinnamon donuts

Ingredients

yeast is alive. ~ 15g
warm milk (water) 0,5l
egg 1 or 2 or 0
sugar 1 st. l
oil drain (melt) or grow. ~ 100g
flour bw could be turned into a roll
salt 1 / 2h l.
vanillin
cinnamon with sugar
grows up. oil for frying
sah. powder for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • 1) 0.5 cups of milk + yeast + 1 tbsp. l. Mix sugar in a deep mug.
  • 2) Put the egg, salt, butter, the rest of the milk, vanillin in a deep bowl.
  • 3) As soon as the yeast in the mug came to life, poured it into a bowl, stir everything and add flour. There is enough flour to roll out the dough and roll it into a roll. Knead, cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.
  • 4) Roll out a rectangle with a thickness of up to 1cm and a width of about 15-18cm, and in length ... how much you knead - and roll everything (I twisted 2 rolls)
  • 5) Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and roll into a sausage
  • 6) Cut the sausage obliquely into pieces 2 cm thick and each piece slightly roll out with a rolling pin up to 1.5 cm
  • 7) Fry to grow. butter in a skillet on both sides. There was so much oil in the pan that half the donut was covered. They are fried sooo fast.
  • Sprinkle with powder before serving.

The dish is designed for

30-35 pieces

Time for preparing:

about 1 hour.

Note

There was a recipe from TV, a program about German sweets. There the donuts were covered with white icing. I really like the caramelized sugar in the middle.
In general, they can be made from any yeast dough.
