I want to write about ulra-pro, I also did not find anything "magic" in it. One is convenient that it is very light and can withstand temperature differences. Here's an example. I just cooked potatoes in it, the second time already. Chopped finely, half a glass of water, salt, spices, mayonnaise, put the marinated chicken on top, cut into pieces, closed with a lid and in a microwave-27 l. without preheating, "Oven" mode 200 * C on convection for 1 hour 40 minutes. So the potatoes were not quite ready yet, they were damp and the chicken could have been held longer, I had to add another 40 minutes. So what, in any other vessel it would be no worse, nothing special. I'll try to bake some more bread in it, maybe I'll get more pleasure. And if I got this piece not with a 40% discount (even from the old price), but for the full price, then I would be "offended" at myself that I was so naive.
