The dough came out of all the cracks, and on the sides through the top.
When I was making cookies, that's all that came out of the crack. It got out right away and didn't fit anymore

When I made nuggets, nothing came out of the slot. The body of the Master-press itself was stained with a scoop when she put it in place.

Nothing climbed over the top at all. Probably very much depends on the recipe, on the consistency of the squeezed product. I didn’t have a recipe book, so I didn’t get caught on an unsuccessful recipe from the book.

Girls, we all learn from each other on the forum (I do not consider myself a super mistress! Each of us has our own flavor). Regarding the recipe for pancakes, I have tried a lot and there will probably be more experiments, but still I return to the time-tested recipe (it is already 30 years old). So 3 cups of milk (i.e. 750 ml, or you can 2 tablespoons of milk + 1 cup of water), 3-4 eggs, 1/3 tsp. salt, 2-4 tbsp. l. sugar, 2 glasses of flour, vegetable oil can be, mine is more like with butter (4-5 tbsp. l) melted. If we make a 0.5 L quik in a mixer, divide the recipe by 3, if we do it in a large one (700 ml with a screw cap), then divide it in half. Take a mixer - pour milk + eggs, beat + salt, sugar + eggs, beat, now flour, not all at once, beat and leave for 15-20 minutes, then add oil and fry.

pljshik, Irina, thanks for the advice. Something for a long time I have not made pancakes. In the morning there is no time, and in the evening we do not eat them (of course, except for my husband). Saturday morning I will try to cook with these proportions.

I've refrained everything from the master-press. Now I have to write down in Wishlist too.

But I have a question for connoisseurs: what lids for bowls can (and should be, so that they sit better) to boil ?? And then the covers, as it were, have grown a little bit longer ...

Yesterday I cooked beets and carrots for vinaigrette in a pressure cooker for 13 minutes, while I cooked potatoes in a rice cooker. Everything was perfectly cooked !! I used my old silicone insert for steam cooking.

I cooked potatoes in a rice cooker, made mashed potatoes with a crush (note, all TV), while distracted, my husband almost everything gobbled up skuuuushal ... I'll go peel potatoes again ... I'll make them anyway ...

Today I grated potatoes for pancakes. On the smallest, which rubs everything in mashed potatoes, there was not enough strength, but on the middle one without any problems. Quickly, cleanly disassemble and assemble, downright one movement, everything is washed perfectly.

I didn't keep track! : girl_wink: My, on the contrary, even kefir will not pour itself without demand! This is the problem !!
By the way about kefir! We all got sick here in the house, so now I heat the kefir in a thermo-preserver, pour a little boiling water to the bottom and put cups of kefir on the insert, for a few minutes and evenly heated kefir can be drunk without fear of the throat.
Kara
Ol, I have been kefir all my life, I heat yogurt in a microwave without any servers, I just set the minimum power (300-450) and for 1 minute. Then she took it out, mixed it with a spoon and set off! Nothing folds, fast and really clean

Happy, I'm embarrassed to ask, and what are the mikruhi sizes? That right at the same time got in? How about spinning? I mean, did the pressure cooker and rice cooker turn in the microwave? Did they interfere with each other?

Hello, I read your wonderful forum and I think this is exactly the place where I want to share my story. My mother started cooking when I was about 14-15 years old, that is, this is about 2008. My mother is a dentist by profession and is obsessed with her own and our health, that's why she started selling this tableware, but before selling something to the masses, naturally you have to try it yourself, what kind of miracle dishes were all the old ones slowly thrown away dishes of the ussr times and now there is NOTHING superfluous on my shelves, all dishes are exclusively Tupperware (although the porcelain plates still remain). This dish has been living with us for 7 years already and it is just in excellent condition !! I am very pleased with the quality, simplicity and functionality of this cookware - truly a miracle cookware! It just so happened that the dollar has risen and my mother has no time to engage in the so-called "business" of dishes for all these 7 years we have accumulated a whole storage of these dishes, there is nowhere to step)) When you start offering dishes even in shares, people just twist at their temples saying you what ? for plastic dishes such a price ??? How can they prove that this is a worthwhile dish?

Lenochka, I just have a combined compact oven with convection and microwaves. It is shorter in height than a conventional oven, but the same in width and depth. So they fit back to back.

Irish, I also do this for speed, but now I decided not to kill live bacteria with microwaves. We are sick and are being treated.

In continuation of the recipes, there is a friendly forum, where I really liked the Papriki recipe - just a gorgeous yeast dough with kefir. The recipe is simple, wonderful, it has taken root in our house and is not going to leave. Dough 600 g of flour (if kefir is liquid, before adding another 50 g), 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, 0.75 tsp. salt, 200 g of kefir, 50 g of sour cream, 18-20 g of fresh yeast, 75 g of plums. butter, 2 eggs (I changed the recipe a little, Papriki has milk instead of sour cream). Yeast + sugar - let's rise. Heat the butter slightly, or leave it on the table to soften. Now we take the millian for 4.5 l and start making the dough while the yeast is rising. Beat the sugar + eggs + salt + kefir slightly with our wonderful whisk + the yeast that came up, gradually add flour, put the whisk aside and take a large silicone scraper (it will knead the dough perfectly, especially since we do this without fanaticism, when all the flour is added, the turn of oil has come, intervened and closed with a lid, we release a whisper and send it to a warm place, the dough comes up quickly, you hear a cotton - the lid will open, you can knead the dough on the table and let it rise again (again in milian). You can generally knead and put it in the refrigerator, there it will rise perfectly.I sometimes make dough in the evening, and in the morning I take it out, let it warm up - and then whoever wants it - buns, cinnamon rolls, pies, or a pie with any filling. We really love pies with carrots (only I have carrots sweet - yummy).

I have a 1 liter blue jug, I like it very much.
I also have such a jug, I bought it in specials. sentences, I have it brown not transparent, I love him dearly.
And he helps me out so much. Due to the fact that it is not transparent, I mix everything in it and beat it. Especially often I stir milk with yogut in it, and then it is so convenient to pour it into jars.

pljshik, Irin, thanks again for the dough recipe. I will throw it into my notebook, and as soon as I bake I will definitely try it.

in a thermoservice no one boiled eggs hard, or is it unrealistic?
Olechka, Larisa said that hard-boiled eggs are "boiled" in a thermic in 30 minutes (excerpt from Larisa's message):
eggs for breakfast at room temperature put eggs in a colander .. pour boiling water into a corner (without touching the eggs, so as not to burst) -30 minutes, ready.
Durshlak most likely meant the lattice-insert basket itself, as I understand it. But I never did. Honestly, I probably only tried to cook a couple of times with a thermo-preserver and now it's in the cabinet I was Cooking pasta, but I got porridge After that, I didn't try to cook anything in it.

Girls, but I like to cook a poached egg in a charm mug more. Take a mug, pour water (3/4 mug), you can add salt and add a little lemon juice, you can add nothing (you yourself will decide later how tastier for you), gently break an egg there (you can cover it with a lid or saucer) and put it in the microwave for 3-5 minutes, depending on the power and the desire to receive in a bag or hard boiled. Try it. Yes, we take cold water.
