In miliana, under a closed lid, I put the berries in the refrigerator. The next day they got mold. Why?

rattan, there may be different reasons.

The milian may have been poorly washed after previous use.

Maybe the berries weren't very fresh? Were they our own, freshly picked? Or from the market?

berries from the market. was clean, I'm sure of that

Quote: Knora

rattan, I can assume that the berries were warm, the temperature kept quite high for a long time. In milianas, the lid holds well, so it did not allow it to cool down immediately.
If you put it in the fridge, just refrigerate first. And then cover with a lid. And in aquacontrols I do the same.
Larisa taught us this way!
Were at room temperature, apricots and cherries together. Washed up. Nothing on apricots, but mold on cherries
susika
rattanthere was probably a reason in the original product. Well, as already written, you need to put it in the refrigerator first without a lid, after half an hour or an hour) depends on the quantity of the product and the temperature) close and squeeze out the air.
I also had strawberries from the market. Therefore, if there is an opportunity I go to the field myself to collect (we have such an opportunity - people who grow strawberries for sale - sell both in weight .. and from the field - cheaper. You come and collect as much as you need, this costs much longer fresh)
Sweet cherry is a delicate berry, perishable, it is not known when they were harvested. Although, in order to sweat the next day, I have not seen this ..
rattan
Thanks for the answer. I will cool it beforehand. maybe this is the reason

I liked the banks very much. First I bought 1.5 liters, especially for a small refrigerator at the dacha, and literally a week later I ordered a 3 liter jar. It is very convenient that the jar can not only be put, but put on the shelf, so I have both cans on one shelf and much more.
I made a salad according to the recipe from the booklet, it turned out to be a good salad

and here are both banks

Tatyana, I, too, finally matured for these banks. First I took a set of 1.5 liters. And now I also ordered 3 liters, I have to go and pick it up - let it be.

I also liked the banks. My daughter goes for goat milk with a 1.5 liter jar and a 3-ka lid. Lightweight, comfortable. The can is just like in my childhood, only plastic.

And now I have a favorite in August - a 2-liter station wagon container with a sieve insert. I boil the compote in the stock and insist it right in the stock overnight, I don't open the lid. And then I pour it into the station wagon along with the berries. It turns out that the compote is additionally infused. Only the compote fits a little, you have to cook 2 liters each.
I'm not a fan of compotes from the category of "poured boiling water", I love Stebiny compotes, so that there is little sugar and tear out your eyes. And with a station wagon there is less fuss, no need to strain, and it's beautiful))
This year, my mother and I did not close the compotes in jars, we froze everything (from what we did not dry). Ready for winter!

I store it in aquacontrol, in some kind of long and round large bowls, which are 10-12 liters each.

Anna, in any with a lid of the 1st class (so that moisture is not collected from the air) - aquacontrols, milianas, bowls with a one-touch lid (Flowering, CKazochnye stories, Lama, Safari, Summer delight - these are already in the form of cans, and not bowls) ...

Good day. Girls, does anyone have knives of the "Gourmet" series, which are now in the special offer? How do you like them, share your opinion.
And another question, can anyone know how these knives differ from knives of the "Universal" series, which are cataloged.
Seven-year plan
ksysha22, Gourmet knives, in my opinion (and not only mine, but my whole family), are the best knives! Most favorite !!! Take it and don't hesitate!
They are better than catalog ones ... I can't explain how ... you have to try and feel it ... but better!
Elena17
ksysha22, good knives. Comfortable handles, more massive or something. Stainless steel is good (premium anti-corrosion). Knife blades are stamped with a satin finish. I really like it too.

Also the remains of sausage to the above listed treasure. But in fact, cheese + butter, I think it's even good, the cheese does not dry, it only becomes tastier from such a neighborhood.

It looks like a dish that keeps warm. You don't need it in the microwave. If the plastic is similar to the usual one, but intended for a microwave oven, then the sign with the waves is knocked out, and the lid with some kind of valve for steam.

celfh, Tatiana, thank you And smells are not transmitted from product to product? From sausage to cheese or butter?

Good day!
A year ago we discussed the mixer from the Chef.
I had some period of shopping for a manual meat grinder (Gipfel) and a manual
mixer Tupperware. I also wrote a review here.
A couple of weeks ago I took out a mixer, and its gum seemed to be nibbled.
It turned out that this gum began to crumble.
Despite the fact that I did not wash it in the dishwasher (I read in the instructions that it is impossible).
I contacted the distributor: they said there were 2 options
1.or the temperature is more than 65 degrees
2. either from exposure to fat, since it was not washed well enough.
Despite the fact that I made mayonnaise 3 times in this vessel and used it for
beating eggs into an omelet.
To say that I am very disappointed is to say nothing.
The 25-year warranty turned out to be complete nonsense. You can't even buy an elastic band separately. And that bullshit costs more than an electric mixer I've had for almost 10 years.

bobule, yes, I agree about the guarantee. I also faced this, then the handles of the rice cooker fell off, then the silicone mat cracked. Well, I cut it off in a circle and now it's like a godsend for a pizza maker. And the other day the handle of the Magic Cheese Grater broke. The cheese, of course, was hard, but I don't even try to replace it in the center, it's useless!

Good day everyone!
bobule, Have a question about purchasing a mixer ... when and from whom did you buy it?
Why am I asking this question ... judging by the color scheme, this Mixer is at least 10 years old, or even more.
Therefore, it is not known where it was stored and in what "climatic conditions" before your purchase!
I myself have been using the mixer for 5-6 years ... and much more intensively than you ... at the same time I "sin" constantly washing in the dishwasher !!!

Here's the same story. And silicone scrapers break in the place where the silicone adheres to the plastic.
But the lid was changed for us.

Elena, mixers of this color were relatively recent. but what I noticed is that the lid itself is rather dirty and I don’t understand -the photo is this or ... the container itself is pimply .. Dirty? I can't stand this ... They often bring me something for exchange, I ask you always, bring it in a clean state ... - you need to wash one dish, I have a few - and when I am going to give in exchange, I am ashamed to carry the dirty one - this is mine * face * - I give it to the office ... That's why I stand at home and wash ... all other people's dishes with soap, often with a toothbrush.
My mixer is also almost 10 years old. I use it often (all my dishes, in addition to almost daily use at home, also travels with me on presentations, I take with me and use.
Washing in a dishwasher - I wrote here more than once that it is advisable to wash all TV dishes in the upper basket. At the bottom, the temperature is higher. there is ten. And it is advisable not to wash the two-color (silicone scraper or spoon mittens with letters on the handle) - they can peel off and separate.
A silicone scraper - they can be interfered with in a frying pan - but in no case leave it - the temperature rises and from this it begins to crumble, flake off.
We change it normally, but if it is clear that it was used correctly. An experienced person sees immediately. I, too, immediately say to my own, what is subject to exchange, what is not.
Although according to the mixer in the picture, the silicone could begin to crumble from time to time, yes, Silicone sometimes wants to be wetted. The substrate for cutting the dough may also begin to exfoliate - if it lies for many years without use anywhere on the cabinet - especially if on the refrigerator.

anavi, Olga, to be honest - very strange ... these are obviously old stocks! He has been in the Red Catalog for 6-7 years for sure. Non-catalog sometimes comes in turquoise.

I have seen a video of how yeast dough is kneaded with silicone scrapers, in my opinion this definitely cannot be done. You can clearly see that here the rod will come out - I always feel so sorry for it - when I watch the video I don't touch the dough with my hands - I have the charm of a scraper for this.

I will not argue ... but over the past 5 years, we have never been in this color in the Official Sale for sure! Today I even sent this photo to the management and heard in response that there was no such color for a long time ... and that there is a possibility of a temperature drop in storage.

do i need a 300 ml or 600 ml Turbo chopper? Or is it a waste of money without much benefit?

Arnica, Olga, here everyone decides for himself. I have in use - 300 ml, extra chef (1.35 l) and a mixer from Chef. It's enough for me. And I don't need 600 ml.
300 ml - for onions, garlic, herbs, when children need to chop a little, make a little sauce ...
1.35l - this is chicken breast, zucchini for pancakes, mayonnaise, cocktails, smoothies ...
Mixer from the chef - here whites, whip cream, make dough for charlotte

600 ml - his knives are like a small one, only the capacity is larger.
Arnica
Yes, I just wanted to grind something for small portions.
Thank you!

Arnica, Olga, I have exactly the same set as Elena! Quite enough. But, to be honest, I use mostly small - I do everything for them - and instead of grating in soups, carrots, turnips, etc. Onions, for example, if you don't need rings - only them !!! An irreplaceable thing, definitely! Along with Microplus - my favorite gadget! I go everywhere with him!

Outwardly, the difference is only in design (although the jug "MicroCook" and "MicroPlus" are like twin brothers). Well, maybe there is a difference at the molecular level in the polymer, but externally and during use it is not determined in any way.

The price is different too. Probably, Microplus is better because of another girl-th polymer:

Arnica, Ol, they are the same in functionality - you can take what is cheaper. I have such opaque - and the coating in general! They wash themselves at once - they have never used any product, exclusively with water! Although there is often oil inside. They contain custard dough, custard, and vegetables for vinaigrette already in cubes - in general, everything that is needed in the micra.
