I don’t want new ones either, I cleaned up all the stocks of old ones in our office. I would take it and put it to the children. The daughter often freezes herself.

I'm all about the merry-go-round, who uses it, and what really dries raspberries and strawberries and doesn't remember?

in another Temka they wrote that boiling water can withstand and there squid and shrimp are brewed ... is it really hot she is not afraid?
susika
Vera, I don't think so. that squid and shrimp can be brewed there .. if we put the main lid, there is a hole .. then there will not be the required temperature for seafood ... In this case, you definitely cannot use another lid, it is flexible .. it will lose its tightness if you cover boiling water with it.
For raspberries-strawberries, the old version is more suitable. New no-t. the bottom area of the basket is very small.
I can take a photo for comparison tomorrow both options ..
Brown-eyed
yeah, it's understandable, but this is how I understand the possibilities, that is, in principle, I can scald the product with boiling water in it and dry it later, let's say I brew raisins or dried apricots when the water softens with salt and dry it right there.

I will wait for the photo to represent the dimensions, all evening today I walk with a centimeter, I imagine the diameter is 25 and the height is 15, how big it is or vice versa

and how big are the holes in it?
susika
I cook raisins and dried apricots in the microwave, poured them in .. poured water 2 fingers higher and for 5 minutes. let it stand for about 10 minutes. Poppy too .. only in milk.
It's just that now the style is the pace of life - you need it right now and now

her husband is not friends with mikra, he evicted her from the house. it's good that they have come up with a combination of an oven and a micron now, I will put it in a new kitchen and will not know. what technology has come to!

And I came to praise the little mouse, it seems ...
Such a good device !!!!!!
I love knives sooooo sharp! I always make them myself ...
And so far I have not seen anything better than this sharpener !!!!
I recommend to everyone!!!!!

And also a big plus that she sharpens knives with teeth !!!!!
And sharpens perfectly !!!!!

And I came to praise a 420 ml thermos (I promised to unsubscribe about the quality). I wear it every day to work. I pour tea at half past seven in the morning. The temperature is quite acceptable until the evening. At the request of one woman, I took the temperature. Poured boiling water at half past eleven in the evening, measured in the morning, at 8 o'clock, - 53 degrees. And it is convenient to use - no cup is needed, it fits into the bag successfully.
My expectations were met)))
Seven-year plan
Svetlana, I confirm !!!!!
The thermos is very good !!!!
I love him very much !!!
For a long time I never kept anything in it ... half a day only if ...
But it seems to me that after half a day it is the same temperature as it was flooded at the beginning ...
I also recommend !!!!!
If there is an opportunity to buy, then we must take it without hesitation !!!

Girls, hello. I am just another Tupperomaniac, it is, alas, incurable. I am delighted with the information on your forum. I read for a very long time, learned so much new about the use of Tupperware dishes. I have some stuff from Tupperware that is unclaimed. One of them - a portioned rice cooker, was lying for 4 years, or even more, until I read on your forum how it can be used not quite for its intended purpose. Now beets, only carrots in them.
Seven-year plan
Irina, it's very good that our conversations weren't wasted!
And the forum has found its reader !!!
We accept you into our ranks !!!
Share your best practices and secrets too!

Girls, I'm sorry if something is wrong. I have a question: do I need to lubricate UltraPro before placing products? Something I do not add up with her. And I also want to share my joy: I bought a thermoserver from the VK series. Orange, oval, with a separator. The beauty!!! They don't understand me at home, they twist their fingers to my temple, but nevertheless, they take everything to work in the hit parades, or in the New Wave circle. I am glad that there is a place where they can support and, most importantly, share their experience. I practically do not cook anything in Tupperware, only storage or heating. Recently I started making myself salads with beets (already wrote). I have had dishes for a long time, but practically no experience. But I am in the right place and on time!

I have a question: do I need to lubricate UltraPro before placing products?
Irina, no, it is not necessary, you can just rinse the silicone with water (which I do anyway, when I take the dishes out of the cabinet and start cooking in it.
Ultra-I first put it without a lid - then the product warms up faster - if it's meat, the bullets went on the meat (you can see them) - I close the lid and depending on the size. weight-I calculate the time-if the chicken is in pieces, meatballs, cutlets in sauce, then 20 minutes without a lid is enough, close the lid and turn off the oven, let it languish.
If the vegetables are raw (potatoes, cabbage, carrots), turn off after 10-15 minutes and let it languish. I cook at 200 (meat, vegetables) or 180 (all casseroles, pasta too, lasagne ..) degrees ..
If you say what exactly does not work out and how the time was set ..
malascha
Larisa, the first thing I tried to do was borscht in UP, I watched the video on YouTube (Seleznev). I decided, in the end, the cabbage remained raw, I took sauerkraut. Frying onions, carrots on the stove, adding ready-made ones; the broth was hot and ready. Time, temperature set as stated in the recipe. I had to cook on the stove. Attempt number two: potatoes in large chunks, although I greased the pan with oil, put the pickled chicken drumsticks on top, For 20 minutes, without a lid, the temperature was 200 degrees, then closed the lid, turned the temperature down to 175 and didn’t time the time, I watched it ready. It turned out to be ugly, the legs were burnt and not very tasty, rather dry. Mine told me not to experiment anymore, to cook in the old fashioned way. Maybe my oven is weird, but my pastries are good in it. I will get it anyway, I think it will.

And now we do everything in UE - fish, chicken, katoshka, meat in French. The bottom is covered with foil. I especially like my daughter. And I bake bread in it. The only thing that oppresses me is the dark smudges I can't clean. It's a pity to rub it with an iron sponge.

Hello girls. Help with advice. It is possible to purchase UltraPro for 500ml. Do you need it if you have 2 and 3.5 liters.
Longina
Irina, I have a plump Ultra 500ml. This is so lovely! It would be nice to have 4-6 pieces to make portioned casseroles, etc. But this is how much storage space is needed !!! And I use one thing if I melt butter in a micra or bake an omelette for one.

And what a beauty the UltraPro for 1.5 liters !!!!! I embraced this daughter, without looking at her, just by the picture. And then as I saw her - class! The daughter is happy. It is very convenient for one fish in the micra, for example, to bake with vegetables ...

in more detail about the omelet?

Olya, I'm making an omelet at Bravo Dilight. It turns out tasty, and most importantly quickly! There is a booklet for it. But there you can improvise ...
Can be done with vegetables, with fish. You can use hot sandwiches (with cheese) or slices of bread, fill it with filling and pour the egg.
Or with berries ...
anavi
Elena17, Lena, I also do it in it - it turns out a little rubbery ... I thought, maybe in ultra it tastes better ...
Elena17
Olga, Yes, it is not the same as it turns out in a frying pan ... Considering that it is still a microwave oven, the taste will probably not change.
I loved the hot sandwiches in it ....

I also tried a chocolate dessert (like a cake) - in a silicone form as a mini-tartlet and in a Microkuk jug (1L) - the taste is the same.
RepeShock

An egg in the microwave is always a little rubbery.
I don't think other dishes will change that.

Sorry, but a hot sandwich is calmly made on an ordinary plate / saucer, for this no tools are needed at all)

Agree! His (sandwich) is generally better in the oven (Princeske ...), in the micro it turns out to be wet - IMHO.

I have such a baby Ultraproshka. The omelet is not very good. But regular scrambled eggs of 2-3 eggs are good! Without oil in haste. In it, I somehow made three pieces of pork meat in a micra, literally in 5 minutes it was cooked (and I was told 10) looked good, otherwise it would have charred :) Water must be splashed! And then potato slices the same way. Tastes like roast in the oven. I like it.

Irina,
Most likely no other dishes.
But I bought a pribluda for cooking 1 poached egg or an omelet in the microwave of another company not discussed in this topic. So there was such an instruction for cooking 1 egg: break one egg into this form, put the power on for 30 seconds. Then check, if it is not enough for you ready-made according to the consistency, then add another 10 seconds, check again, another 10 seconds and so on up to 1 minute.

This technology does not produce rubber. And I tried to reduce the power, then the rubber version turned out. 10 second additions and visual control ensure it doesn't turn into a sole.

Of course, you will not get a consistency like when steaming in a specific time. But if you need a quick and non-rubber product at the exit, then you can try.

I have a microwave for 800 watts.

Lelka848, Olga, that is, do not dangle an egg, like an omelet? Then the really poached will turn out ...
Mashunya
I was recommended 10 + 10 total with meat. There is enough water in the meat. Better yet, on a vegetable pillow. But I did it faster. Meat at 800w and potatoes at 600w.
RepeShock

Lelka848, Olga, Thank you!)
I definitely don't need this, if I eat when an egg, which very rarely happens, I like it with tomatoes in a frying pan / Princess or an omelet in a slow cooker, that's where it really turns out delicious, and you don't need to follow it at all, 20 minutes and a delicious omelet on the table

I don’t argue ... I just don’t have such plates - which can be put into the micra ...
So I use what I have for the micra - bravo-dilight, microcook, microplus

Although I don't often make scrambled eggs or omelet in a micra either. Usually in a skillet or tortilla.

For owners of MikroKuk (or those who plan to purchase)
Summer vacations are over, life has begun, vain-home-work-kindergartens-workouts-school-lessons ..
These are just the simplest ... laid-time put out and take care of the family or just lie there relaxing. Or in the morning they set up and went to work. It will not spoil in 5-8 hours, but in the evening there is a ready-made dinner .. Or dinner in the evening and lunch for tomorrow (whoever takes a thermos with him)
Plastic dishes Tupperware - reviews
Stewed cabbage with minced meat - pre-fried with onions. sm-pepper + tomato paste. I forgot to put the carrots ..
Glass of water. I wanted lazy cabbage rolls, but the children wanted "in Estonian" - they do not put rice here .. goes side by side, or boiled potatoes (most often for such cabbage)
20 min @ 900 V.

Jelly.
It is convenient that you do not need to cook a large 5 liter or a large saucepan, cooked 3 liters .. ate it ... if necessary, cooked it.
For a joint in ours you need ..
20 minutes, 20 minutes stood (microwaves are working, the process is in progress). set for another 10 minutes. At 900 watts.

Vika, Galina .. thanks ..
but everything is really simple there - like Ultra - understand the principle and know your microwave - power and time ..
the rest can be cooked all-soups, goulash, porridge ..
porridge - vegetables - cereals (half a bowl, rice ..) - meat .. because we do not interfere - vegetables remain the same shape, do not break (carrots, zucchini, pumpkin ..)

Hello. I really need advice. Tomorrow is the last day of the current Special offer, according to which you can buy a round unit for 1.5 liters.
I have been signed as a consultant for many years, but I only buy for my family, occasionally. Over the years, I have acquired three UPs: for 3.5 liters, for 2 liters (both oval) and for another 3.3 or 3.5 Lasagne, in chocolate color. And it didn't work out with any of them. Which I didn't like at all at 3.5, as it turned out, I don't like such in-depth forms, so I cooked chicken in it a couple of times and that's it. For 2L. I liked it more, it is flatter, I mostly made potatoes in it. And now I look at 1.5 liters, outwardly it attracts me, everything is so compact, although if it were square, and not round, it would be super. In short, I already broke my head, I just found a couple of reviews on it, and that's all from those who have it alone. Advise what to do, do not take. What can you cook in it? Now I cannot think sensibly, she is standing before my eyes, and I want that. The daughter says that you already have 3 pieces. there is enough. But such and such no I will not buy, and then suddenly I will regret, as I did not buy a square 2-liter one.
Girls who have a 1.5 liter unit. round, answer me. What do you cook in it, are you satisfied with your saucepan?

RepeShock

Everything is the same as in the others) what's the difference? It's just more / less volume.
Correctly daughter says)))
I have it) but I didn't buy large volumes, I don't need them.

Yes, and, not for the last time, everything is on sale))))

Well, yes, most likely not the last. But it is unlikely that the prices for tappers will become cheaper, and our salary was last raised 5 years ago. I bought most of the dishes a very, very long time ago, then it somehow did not hit my wallet so well. And there are no conditions for this UP, and with a cover it. Well, I'm justifying myself)
