And here I am again with cheesecakes! And again, this is heaven for the stomach! With minor changes and dough and filling again) The dough did a double batch, but the egg left one for double the amount of dough, reduced the butter to 90-100 gr., And replaced the vegetable oil with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of mustard. Salt added 2 teaspoons and 2.5 tablespoons of fructose (there are diabetics in the house, I use fructose for baking). Well, it turned out just incredibly tasty and fluffy dough! It was a pleasure to work with him !!!
I made the filling for savory cheesecakes like this. The mass left over from yesterday (cottage cheese + cheese + sour cream + mayonnaise + herbs + garlic) was combined with cheese scrolled in a blender + a spoonful of mayonnaise + garlic + dill + a pinch of oregano + black pepper from the mill. The filling is simply obscenely tasty (for me as a lover of spicy and cheese fillings !!!). The second part of the test was sent to "sweet". The filling was made with pure experimental water. This is very amateurish. I love Baltic curds in jars with different flavors. Especially lemon. But with a blender, this can be done at home. Cut about half (+ a couple of rings) lemon into small pieces, remove the seeds and send to a blender, add sugar to taste (in my case, about 3 tablespoons) a couple of tablespoons of sour cream (the fatter the better !!!) and cottage cheese (cottage cheese I have a loose village one, I take it from my grandmother from the village) add to taste. I added cottage cheese until I reached the desired thickness. After that, she beat everything up with a blender and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. There it all froze, but for insurance (so as not to leak out in the oven) I smeared everything along with the dough with protein slightly whipped with sugar. If you wish, you can add raisins or candied fruits, but I'm not a fan. I liked this version of the filling, but I repeat, this is for a fan of lemon filling and aromas !!! One more bow to the author !!! This is now definitely my favorite dough !!!
