I bought a multicooker in April, I have been actively using it since July. On the heating element (this is a heating plate, right?), Several drops of liquid got into different places (not a puddle), they immediately evaporated, but traces remained.

Are you removing water from the drip tray?

regularly. When I open the lid, water flows from it into the pan and between the pan and the body, and then there is a lot of water on the lid where necessary.

Valery Hello! Tell me, is it possible to purchase an additional bowl for Viconte 600.
Galinaind
put the potatoes to simmer in the "stewing" mode, waited 1 hour 40 minutes, warmed up but did not even boil,

They gave me a multicooker for my birthday. Today I decided to test it for the first time, but alas ...
I have the same. For 2 hours of stewing cabbage - raw. What did I do wrong.
Galinaind
Question: I set the cabbage stewing mode at 2:30. Is it possible to somehow turn off the MV in an hour during the cooking process ..., open the lid and see if the cooking process is going on there ...

On the Stewing, Milk porridge-Soup-Baking modes, the lid can be opened at any time, checked, mixed. Just do not keep it open for a long time, because the temperature drops. On Buckwheat, Plov, you can open, but not recommended, since these are automatic programs. The multicooker can be turned off at any time by pressing the OFF button.

How much water did you pour? In my experience, in Quenching mode, it boils in about half an hour. So if slow bringing to a boil is not critical for the dish, then you can first turn on Steam Boiling, and then Stew.

Well, first of all, it is good for citizens who do not recognize Teflon as a safe coating and it is safer for them to use ceramics about the harmfulness of which they have not read anywhere. I cannot compare, I can only say that in use the Visonte 601 bowl is good for non-stickiness. But I try to protect it - I use only wooden spoons. True, I recently read that the ceramic coating should not be white, but should be yellow or brown, and if it is white, then it was bleached with a very harmful bleach. Of course, I was upset, but you can't do without CF. Then I learned that there is still white ceramics, because there is white clay (for example, in Donetsk, if I don't confuse it). But this kind of refers to ceramics as such, and not to ceramic coatings. Whether there is white clay in China - that is the question ... And is there clay in a ceramic coating ... And then at the next forum it is strongly promoted that a ceramic coating is the same Teflon, but with a CERAMIC FILLER ...
Aygul
so take the bowl with ceramic coating or how? or from the 600th, the usual?
lesyara
I can't judge the usual one, if you are okay with Teflon - you can probably do anything. If you have any concerns, it is better to take ceramics. I have nothing to compare with, because I have only ceramics, that it is good and I have no complaints about it. Just always inspect the coating very carefully, any and in good lighting (I even took a flashlight to the store, after I had to send the HP with a defective coating to the store). They even wrote to me from the store that after mine they opened another HP - and there they also found a little noticeable defect, that is, there are a lot of such defects.

I have a multicooker model 600. But the saucepan is already truncated ... I found bowls on sale, both. Here I think which one to take. It's a pity - there is a multicooker, but I use it only sometimes. The only mode without complaints is Stewing (apparently very delicate, so nothing burns) or I cook soup (when the pressure cooker is busy).
Lesyaraif the ceramic saucepan is good, I will take it. How much do you use it? How is the quality of the bottom coating?
lesyara
Exactly 2 months, but active. And all modes pull normally. I would like more power, it bakes for a very long time. But still he copes with everything. I even cooked moose meat in 1 hour on baking like boiled pork. And the bowl surprises - after the fried potatoes, even - although not mine, nothing burns (ugh 3p.)
lesyara
I have never scrubbed, scraped, or soaked anything. I don't know, maybe this is a short time. But I cook several times a day. They say that Polaris ceramics bowls are of good quality, better than Redmond, and they are ours.
Aygul
2 months is, of course, not yet a period. My cup was half a year of excellent state of active (several times a day) use, and then suddenly BOOM! and the bottom became clumsy, everything began to burn, even milk porridge. And on the Buckwheat mode, it also burned, and even on Plov then ... Although before that everything was fine. Okay, I'll continue to use it anyway. do not throw away.
Yeah, there are bowls either from Polaris (they also said they fit) or from Visonte
lesyara
Even in Tomsk, bowls are made from very high quality food. aluminum, ECO, suit us.

Here's how to find out what is the temperature on which mode the Viscount 601 has? I here somewhere read you that it is better to bake in it on "steaming"? Is it really possible? She has a very lazy baking mode ...

Raven , but steaming is too active

Hello, I have such a situation, the other day I bought a multicooker, though from an excellent company, and I, all so happy, put the dish on the "stewing" mode for automatically set 50 minutes. From the principle of operation, it will heat up to the desired t and then the time will go on, but the display showed 50 minutes throughout the extinguishing period and did not go into heating mode, as a result, more than an hour passed and it did not turn off and the countdown did not start. The dish was burnt, because I watched the film and did not suspect about it)) (I tried this mode twice). In all other modes, it works normally and the time counts down after heating. Tell me, what could it be, and is it worth going to return it because of this, since we took the last one ((is this a significant drawback of it?
balerian1
To begin with, it was necessary to write at least a model of a multicooker.

And now pliz a more detailed description of the malfunction
Tyree
Well, I turn on the "extinguishing" mode and press start, in my instructions it is written that the symbols next to the set time will start blinking - this is the multicooker gaining the required temperature, it has heated up - another somvol has appeared (according to the instructions, indicating that the required t is set), and then count down the time remaining until the end of the process. But the countdown does not go, and the cartoon shows that it is still warming up, but the dish is being prepared at this time (it boils, rages, steam comes out of the valve and all the things ..). That is, the mode prepares itself, and the display shows off. And you have to time the time yourself and turn off the mode yourself.

Definitely IN REPAIR !!!!

Valery, tell me, please. I bought a spare stainless steel bowl, set today to cook the compote in the "Soup" mode for 1 hour 10 minutes, but after the allotted time, the compote has not boiled yet, then I switched the multicooker to the "Steam cooking" mode, and after about 15 minutes , I noticed that my screen was covered with condensate, the numbers began to flash. I quickly turned off the multicooker.
Some time passed and I baked a pie in my own bowl - everything went well, but the condensation did not go away. What to do? this is serious?
I'm worried that the overheating sensor does not fail.
balerian1
if condensate has collected from the side of the control board (where the display is), then you can get to replace the board ....... at the present time it is NECESSARY: unscrew 1 screw on the bottom of the MV, carefully remove the bottom, undock the connector from the control board, unscrew 2 screws which attach it together with the cover plate to the case, remove the cover plate with the board .... unscrew 4 (in some versions 5) screws to get to the board itself, dry it carefully with a hairdryer, leave the MV disassembled overnight to dry it inside ... then collect.

help bought a vicont vc600 multicooker recently while studying a couple of times tried it doesn’t work anything write what is delicious in it you can cook recipes how what to cook in what mode and how long
balerian1
Daria, are you going to run around all the forums and write the same thing?

Valery, help me figure it out. I want to buy a Viconte 600, got confused with the question about the mode of milk porridge / soup / baked goods. This is one button, which means one temperature and time? You demonstrated the board and wrote that in some mv viscount there is a baking function, while in others it is not, and the matter is in the board. And then the soup and porridge also do not work properly, or what? And even in the MV that I want to buy on the case there is no word baked goods, but in the description given by the seller it is written that baked goods are simply "read about the features of this function in the instructions." To be honest, baking is not that important for me, I'm more worried about the soup.I want to figure it out because porridge / soup / baking through a dash and as I understand it means that using this mode (one) you can cook porridge, or soup or pastries, right? I would be grateful for your answer.
balerian1
It's all about the firmware of the program. When you press the button, the program is executed - heating to the set temperature, then maintaining the cooking mode .... it may turn out that it will not cook soup either.
utalyanochka
I have a viconte vc-600? recently decided to try baking - does not bake, 5 min. and turns off, what to do now?
balerian1
less than 2 weeks - hand over to the store ... up to a year - hand over to the service ... after a year - paid repair
LeNik
Hello. I have been using Vikosha 600 for a year now. Recently, everything has begun to burn, I really want to change the bowl (after reading the forum, I really did not decide which is better ceramic or Teflon). And the side of the bowl wrinkled a little.
balerian1
makes a fool of the temperature sensor ....... crumpled side - it's okay .... that Teflon, that "ceramics" - everything is the same
