Today I made a chocolate bread, I knitted the layout of the products almost like Myumla
Yeast - 2 tsp
Flour - 400 gr.
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Powdered milk - 2 tbsp. l.
Ready dry cocoa drink "Renaissance" - 90 gr.
Margarine "Pyshka" - 30 gr.
Whole milk - 240 ml
Walnuts - did not put
"Basic", size M, light crust
When kneading, the bun was very neat and not sticky. The bread rose well and baked, though the top crust still cracked. The smell is chocolate. I didn't take a photo, the batteries ran out in the camera, and I was too lazy to charge.
I personally have a rather cool attitude to everything chocolate, but since there is a small child in the house, therefore, everything I prepare new, I try first on "less valuable crew members", that is, on myself ... Well, what can I say - bread is really not for everybody. I smeared a slice of this bread with butter and ate it with tea. The tea had to be sweetened. My men (father, husband and son), in principle, big lovers of everything chocolate, ate this bread with condensed milk, but I did not see much delight on their faces. It seems to me that he is very nourishing, one slice - "above the roof" ... I have not completely mastered my sandwich. But in general - this bread is very original and will certainly find its fans.

Thanks for the recipe !!!!
This is my third bread.
For the third time I think it's not even bad
A little away from the recipe:
1. I did not put milk powder (there was none).
2. I used a timer for 6 hours (it's okay, the milk didn't turn sour while it was standing).
It turned out not quite sweet, although my wife liked it. Now I'm trying to replace the nuts with 50 grams of chocolate. Unsubscribe what happened

Actually, which is to be expected :)
GREATLY delicious with chocolate
I took what I found in the fridge :)
AlpenGold dark Hazelnut-Waffle. I broke off a half (50 g) and rubbed it on a coarse grater. I put it in a bucket at the very top. I also left it on the timer for the night - the niche did not deteriorate and did not turn sour. Good luck! Bon Appetit;)

The third will be with chocolate and nuts :)

She started baking late in the evening and woke up at 2 am with a wonderful chocolate aroma. I put the usual cocoa, more sugar and hazelnuts. They ate for breakfast with whipped cream and condensed milk. Delicious!!!

Thanks for the recipe !!! It turned out right away! Only the crust had to be light, the sides slightly grabbed on the middle one. I will vary now.
