Homemade lemonade
Category: Drinks

Ingredients
Lemons 6 pcs
Granulated sugar 150 g
Cooking method

1. First, rub the lemons in warm water with a brush. Then cut off the zest with a grater.

2. Place the zest in a large bowl and squeeze the juice from all the lemons. Add sugar.

3. Pour in 1.4 liters of boiling water, stir, cover and leave in a cool place overnight.

4. Stir again the next day and add some more sugar, if needed. Then pour through a fairly large sieve, as it is pleasant when there is a little lemon in the drink.

Serve lemonade either just like that or diluted with sparkling ice water.

Eh-eh-xh! Where can I get such environmentally friendly lemons - everything in the store is filled with paraffin and other saving chemicals ...
And so it would be great! I really felt the cool and refreshing taste of lemonade.

And it says - rub it well with a brush to rip off the paraffin .......

It is possible without the zest, but it seems to me that there will be little sugar. And it's good to add mint.

If the author of the topic does not mind, then I will add the topic

A good friend of mine from the Internet community shared a recipe for homemade lemonade, and also revealed its main secret - the drink is good not only in summer, in hot weather as a soft drink, but also in winter, in a warm form, as a warming agent. And all because in its composition, in addition to lemon, there is turmeric - an amazing spice from all misfortunes (well, or from almost all). I hope she doesn't mind if I tell you this recipe.
So:
Prepare turmeric: dilute 1 teaspoon of spice with water to a state of gruel.
Wash 1-2 lemons (depending on size and your taste), cut off the peel with a spiral. Cut the pulp into large cubes or slices.
Boil the water, put the pulp, peel, sugar to taste in it, bring to a boil, remove the peel. If you leave the rind, the lemonade will taste bitter, however - this is a matter of taste. Add turmeric, remove from heat, let it brew, strain, cool (warm up) and ... Bon appetit.

Hot, the drink is good for colds, works as a warming and diaphoretic (turmeric certainly helps here), and in summer it pleasantly cools and quenches thirst.
You can add a sprig of mint (or a pinch of dry). To enhance the effect of a diaphoretic, you can use honey, but in this case you need to add it to a ready-made and slightly cooled (warm) drink so as not to kill the beneficial properties of honey.
In the summer, you can probably fill it into a siphon, but I have not tried it, because I do not own the device, but you can do it as the author of the topic advised - dilute it with sparkling water.

I liked to pour lemonade into a transparent glass in summer, add a few large ice cubes and a sprig of fresh mint.
It is delicious
