"Bulgarian" apple pie

Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
Semolina 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Milk 1 tbsp.
Soda 1 tsp
Lemon acid 1/8 tsp
Filling:
Apples 3 pcs.
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Sugar 1 \ 2 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Mix all ingredients for the dough.
  • Finely chop the apples, mix with cinnamon and sugar.
  • Lubricate the form (I have d24cm). butter, put 1/3 of the dough, on top 1/3 of the apple mixture, etc. The top layer should be apples.
  • Pour boiling milk
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for about 40 minutes. I also added at 200C - 10 minutes.
  • "Bulgarian" apple pie

Note
