Pork with orange sauce

Ingredients

Pork ham, loin how many servings are required
Bulb onions 1 PC.
For the sauce:
(recipe is for 4-5 steaks)
Dry white wine 150 ml
Jam (jam) oranges 2 full Art. l.
with top
Odorless vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Fresh ginger
or you can use candied ginger
piece 1-1.5 cm
1 slice
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • You can take other meat suitable for quick frying.
  • We combine all the components and mix - we get a raw marinade.
  • I cut the meat into portions 1-1.5 cm thick.
  • Dip the meat in a raw marinade and let it brew for a couple of hours. Do not pour too much marinade on the meat so that it is not too wet.
  • Put onions cut into large rings under the meat.
  • While the meat is marinating, prepare the sauce.
  • Pour the remaining raw sauce into a ladle, let it boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened. In the photo there are already leftover sauce.
  • Pork with orange sauce
  • Dip the marinated meat with a paper towel, then roll in flour in a thin layer, fry in a hot pan.
  • In the process of frying, turn the pieces of meat a couple of times and grease them with ready-made (boiled) sauce on top. You need to cook the meat quickly for 3-5 minutes so that it does not become dry.
  • Put the finished steaks on a plate.
  • Fry onions in oil from frying steaks until they become transparent.
  • I also added cooked pasta to the onion to reheat it.
  • It turned out very tasty pasta, with onions marinated in sauce, and fried in aromatic oil from steaks !!!
  • We collect the finished dish: put the steak, pasta, and fennel salad on a plate, and sprinkle with a little green onion!
