Sweet and sour pork (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Pork tenderloin 300 g
Bell peppers (red and yellow or green) 1 PC.
Ginger (fresh) -2-3 cm spine
Canned pineapple 100-150 g.
Vinegar (preferably rice) 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Ketchup 1-2 tbsp. L. (I used a paste)
Soy sauce 50 ml.
Eggs. (Yolk) 1 PC
Vegetable oil for frying.
Starch 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt on demand
Water 3-4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Today is another version of pork, but in a sweet and sour sauce.
  • Cut the tenderloin into small cubes or strips, about 1 cm wide, put in a bowl, add soy sauce, yolk, sprinkle with starch, pour in st. l. water, lightly salt and mix thoroughly. Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.
  • Cut the pepper into cubes. Cut a piece of ginger into very thin strips. Cut the canned pineapple into cubes in the same way. (I have pieces)
  • Pour oil into the pan (ideally there should be a lot of oil, but I don't do that), and heat it up well. Marinated meat and fry until light golden crust appears. Put it on a plate with a paper towel (if you fried in a lot of oil). You can also use a deep fryer to roast meat.
  • Of course, I don't follow the classic recipe, because there is double frying in a large amount of oil, we don't eat that. I cooked in a cuckoo oven on the 3rd level, I set the time for 10 minutes, with constant stirring.
  • After taking out the meat from the cuckoo, put the ginger there and lightly fry it, add the bell pepper and fry for a couple of minutes, add pineapples and fry for another minute. Pour the remaining marinade into the bowl, add vinegar, sugar and mix the tomato thoroughly, add sugar and a little juice from pineapple. We spread the meat, mix everything well, select the Multi-cook mode 120 degrees for 4 minutes. After the end, keep the meat on the Heating for 15-20 minutes.

Note

Served with bulgur. Bulgur was cooked in 1010 on Brown Rice - perfectly cooked.
