Bean pate with prunes

Ingredients

Boiled beans
(color is not important) already salted
1 glass
Prunes (soak in water) 6 pcs.
Garlic 1-2 teeth
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Put beans and prunes, garlic and vegetable oil in a blender bowl and make puree. Be sure to taste it - what else to add !?

  • Put the mashed potatoes in a jar. Decorated the pate with prunes, parsley and beans from which the pate is made.

Note

The pate is very unusual, with a prune and garlic flavor, and it’s hard to guess that it is made from common beans.
An appetizer version of the pate, or can be used as a side dish.
