Gibus
Girls who bake not in their own Philips baking dish, but in other suitable sizes - for example, kulichny ones from Kalitva, will your bottom turn a little ruddy?
Belka13
Gibus, baked only casserole in a small Tefal saucepan. The bottom is very well colored.
kiara-25
Gibus, when I smear the form with sunflower oil, it blushes, but the roof is still blush. But in silicone it doesn't seem to blush at all

But in silicone it doesn't seem to blush at all
Yes, I have already tried it, in silicone - white and white. I'll go buy metal tomorrow for 240 rubles.
The branded for 2500 somehow does not inspire ...
Belka13
Gibus, I agree, especially since it has such a small volume.
kiara-25
Gibus, in general, the jarko form fits into AFK like this end-to-end
Air fryerAir fryer
This is how the bottom of the baking looks like
Air fryer
The shape is 8.5 cm high. The height of the AFka basket is 8 cm along the edge, but in xl it comes as if with a recess inside, that is, the basket has an uneven bottom, the mesh is kind of bent and it turns out that everything fits. I just ordered another glass form in Ozone, where the wall height is 7 cm, and the sides are 18 by 18 cm.So, if you wish, I think you can find a suitable one for your basket
Belka13
I sometimes put the mold in the bowl itself, remove the mesh basket so that it does not sag under the weight of the mold with the contents.
kiara-25
Olga, I sometimes do that too. But I wanted a form just for the basket. And she had such a convex mesh at once.
Gibus
kiara-25, Thank you

Gibus, this is the form of the jarko company, made in Russia. Height 9.5cm total

Form 8.5 cm high.
8.5 or 9.5?
The bottom of the pastry is wonderful, so rosy!

I thought about it too. Only, probably, it worsens the airflow from below. I would like to, at least slightly, but raise it above the screw, which is at the bottom of the bowl.

Girlswhy not buy a baking dish for Phillips on taobao through a reseller?

Gibus
Ipatiyathanks for the tip
I just saw a couple of more or less suitable cake tins for 250-290 rubles today in a nearby supermarket. Why not give it a try.
kiara-25
Gibus, on the store's website it is indicated 9.5, but in fact, for some reason, 8.5 cm.I measure with a tape measure
Samopal
Gibus, There is a link in the Phillips topic. Everybody there

Katerina, I do not even doubt that turkey seems to me more delicious in places than chicken.
And I liked to distribute bread in a small mold at AFK. Turn 60 degrees on and off for a little bit, and the bread remains warm inside. Then you can turn it on and off just a little more once more. I tried it once, I liked it
Katko

Ilona, I don’t bake bread in small batches
It's more convenient for me to put it in the oven or in the microwave, and recently I switched to fermentation in the refrigerator at all)

but on the subject: AF is very helpful and happy, every time I am glad that I am still ripe for buying it, for small portions and a big plus in terms of cooking speed ... just a super device

Girls, and every other day I bake two tiny loaves in AF for my husband, he really likes these little ones.

A cup for a scale, silicone molds for mini cupcakes, two pieces in a basket stand up. Maybe someone will come in handy. Wheat-rye bread without kneading 50x50.

Air fryerHere they are. It is possible to adapt others, only I like these bread L7 in a reduced size for bread. And the recipe is simple: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=221641.0 or https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=388473.0

Antonovka
pawllena,
Linen, near the buttons Air fryer and Air fryer there is a button Air fryer, click on it and a link appears, which must be copied
pawllena
And also, girls, the advantage of silicone molds (or baking without a mold) is that the proofing can be accelerated in the microwave. Here, I learned from Larisa https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=173303.0

pawllena,
And I have a very simple microwave - there you can only choose the power - low, medium and high
pawllena
Antonovka, thanks for the help. Choose high. I have 900. It is very convenient, but the old microwave oven in the country, and the new one is combined with the built-in oven, is sometimes busy.
Antonovka
pawllena,
Thanks, I'll try))

Can you give more details? I am in the throes of choice.
kseniya D
When changing the kitchen, I also thought to take a combined one. But they have such a small volume (at least for our family) that they abandoned this idea. But the mikra was never bought and we do well without it. And at first there were straight withdrawals without her, especially for her son
pawllena
Anya, I have a built-in oven Bosch HBC 86K753 42L, it is conditionally new, it has been serving for 5 years already. It is smaller (lower in height) than the standard one. Grill, microwave, convection (does not turn off), a bunch of all sorts of automatic programs, but no steam. I have a kitchen of 6.5 m, finding a place for a microwave is also not realistic.

Thanks, I will take a look.
Expensive, unfortunately. Apparently, I will have a variant of the Shteba stove + micra. There will be a lot of space in the new kitchen. And more than 2 times cheaper. But not as pretty as the built-in one, of course.

Less than five years later, I was ophritized. Yesterday to me from Lenochka- Helen3097 AF arrived. Helen, thank you very much again.
The chicken (breasts) are pickled and the potatoes are prepared. Everything is waiting for the evening X-hour. I'm worried ...

PS Girls, can you wash the bowl and the net in the PMM?
marinastom
I have Phillips. My.
Antonovka
I stopped washing in PMM - I don't like washing the coating there

Sonadora,
Congratulations, Man! A very necessary AF thing, honestly!

Lena, I have not noticed yet, but mine is not often ... And then, after the pallet has peeled off from the honey-apple-duck juice, he has nothing to lose.

Yeah ... let's write it down ... peels off. Then it probably makes sense to cover it with foil so that wash less often she was pestered less.

Sonadora,

Thank you, Len. I hope it will take root. I'm worried about the size, will my troglodytes have enough?
Samopal
Manka, I cook at AF Philips every day, cottage cheese casseroles, potatoes, fish, various meats. Not all, of course, at once, but one thing, but every day. Mine immediately - after use I put a large basket and with a mesh or frying pan in the sink, fill it with warm water with a drop of detergent solution and rinse it after 5-6 minutes. Never (for 8 months of frequent use) did you need a hard brush for washing. Although, again, meat or fish, if not every day, then every 2 days, well, for sure. But TABOO for the use of sugar-containing products in the marinade (not in the dough), the non-stick coating kills completely. This is the only rule. And so the stove is very successful, in my opinion. Congratulations and bon appetit for the whole family. I'm actually thinking of ordering a second one in XXL size. But then the rest of the equipment will have to be thrown away.
Sonadora
Oleg, thanks, I'll try. Is it possible to cook only in metal molds or is heat-resistant glass / ceramic also suitable for AF?
Antonovka
Sonadora,
Man, everything fits - in AF, the temperature is relatively low
Sonadora
Pasibki, Len. In the evening I will wool the molds in the bins.
Mirabel
SonadoraBe sure to make the wings according to your recipe! Cool!
Sonadora
Vika, thanks for the advice. I'll try.

I fried chicken fillet for dinner, marinated according to Lucy's recipe (with soda and lemon). Before frying, breaded in corn flour and added a spoonful of vegetable oil. Fried at temp. 200C degrees 15 minutes. The pieces are crispy, tender and juicy inside. They got a little hot on the grate, I didn't grease it first. The chicken was about 600 grams.
Air fryer
But with the potatoes, something went wrong. Fried at 180C for 15 minutes. In the middle of frying, I decided to stir it, but it began to fall apart in mashed potatoes, and also stuck to the wire rack. I don’t know if the potato variety was the wrong one, or the temperature was high, or maybe I cut it too finely, in 5-millimeter blocks. She also added a spoonful of cornmeal to it.
Air fryer
This is what the basket looked like after the potatoes:
Air fryer

PS For the pictures I ask pardon. I managed to make only three shots on the phone.
gala10
Manka, I fry potatoes for 20 minutes. at 160 gr. and cut much larger. Beforehand, I "bathe" it in a mixture of vegetable and melted butter. In the middle of cooking I shake the basket. It always turns out great, and does not stick to the mesh.
Sonadora
Galin, Thank you. I'll try tomorrow. I will cut it coarser, as for a country-style potato.
Antonovka
Sonadora,
Man, it seems to me, is a thin cut. I, like Galya, cut on a larger scale, like a village one - that's the thing, but for my son I have to cut it in small pieces))
