Fresh carrots 500 g

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l
Orange juice (freshly squeezed) 100 ml
Cream (milk) 70 ml
Dry cinnamon At the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • Delicious carrot soup. I will do it often ... Tasty and dietary.
  • Very easy to prepare.
  • I never have a problem with broth. Cook in advance and then pour it into portions and freeze.
  • Preparation:
  • Boil peeled carrots in broth (meat or vegetable) until tender. In vegetable oil, fry the diced onion until golden brown. Add fresh ginger, finely chopped beforehand. Boil for another 5 minutes. Add orange juice.
  • Purée the soup with a blender. Add cream or milk. Add cinnamon on the tip of a knife. Let it brew for 10 minutes.
  • If you are not used to eating soup without potatoes, you can add one peeled potato along with the carrots.

Not at all ... I try not to add cream. Occasionally only 15%. In general, I always add milk of 3.8% fat. Delicious and not so calorie!

I'll even eat a brick with ginger and cinnamon)) I decided to try to eat the unloved carrot. And then just the meat in the cartoon flops, cooked for salad. I caught the meat, strained the broth, rinsed the cartoon and poured the required amount into the cartoon again. She cut the carrots coarsely and turned them on for "soup" for 1 hour 15 minutes. Yeah, I calculated everything correctly. The soup would have been cooked exactly during this time. But not destiny - I had to leave the house. Has returned - cartoon on "heating" winks with a red eye. I brought the soup in a saucepan. And then lunchtime happened. I persuaded the plate - and realized that now I am not going to the pharmacy for Aevites. It's better to take a healthy soup. Moreover, it is easy to cook.
