Well, I'll throw in my five cents, I always baked in pans, when stationary pancakes appeared ... somehow they did not inspire my confidence and, judging by the reviews, in vain. But I bought a submersible, I have been using it for three years and am very satisfied. Mine bakes very quickly, and due to the fact that I limit fats everywhere, reducing their use to a minimum, my pancakes suit me 100%. Somehow like this.

I would prefer a stationary one. The submersible was not impressed. And yes, a frying pan is better than crepes
Definitely) I tried to reinvent the bicycle, baked in a princess, then in a tristar.
When the tristar broke down, I bought a pancake pan in Ikea, the one that is more expensive, she is madly glad.
Pancakes have a very beautiful pattern. Now I need to buy another one to bake faster with a large amount of dough.

Thank you all for your promptness. : hi: It's a pity I didn't understand anything anyway.

so they differ in price decently.
We buy a lot of gifts, mainly equipment at the wholesale warehouse, the owner of the warehouse still makes a good discount. Since the amount comes out decent, these two differ by only 400 rubles. I don’t ask about other companies, they are not on sale, only these two. I even went to u-tuba, no one hait either one or the other. They bake and rejoice. Maybe, well, them, tell the director that it is better to buy cast-iron pans? :) These places will not take much ... My wife loves technology very much, I don’t need gold better than some kind of unit in the kitchen. But she doesn't want a pancake maker ... Strange, it's like that ...

Alexander, in my opinion, all expressed themselves very clearly.
Most people like to bake in a good pancake pan. If you choose from the equipment you proposed, then it is better to have a stationary Unit-40, by the way, you can store it on its side, if you support it with something.

I bought my husband a wireless submersible. He finally began to get thin pancakes, all even, neat, well, just like in my pan. He is happy!
And how am I! ...
In the morning I get up on the vykh - a full pancake maker is in the heat of the heat - and so to eat, and turn around with the filling
It's convenient for me to wrap up small ones for a couple of bites.
So, Maxim, think, you will not choose your wife, but yourself, in order to please her with the gift "rest, darling, I will cook breakfast myself!"
Good luck!

And so it will be necessary to learn, I would not get entangled in the cord
I have a 700W severin, the cheapest one that came across. In my opinion, the cord had two drawbacks - 1. short 2. not flexible like a three-core cable for wiring. And therefore, until you get used to evenly dipping the pancake maker into the container, often at an angle there is even a level to the bottom of the support. It is probably necessary to choose a convenient location for the container with an outlet and the height of the table, otherwise I even managed to burn my hand while the cable was straightening.

The speed is, in principle, normal: they grab instantly, but I don't expect a strong ruddy - my grandmother and mother always made pancakes as for stuffing. If necessary, I "darn" the hole in the center by dipping a fork into the dough.

Two weeks ago I bought myself a stationary pancake maker GFGRIL GFC-B300, everything seems to be fine, it bakes pancakes, nothing sticks, for a week I baked pancakes, then lavash, I knocked down a hunter,
and today I took it out again, in the morning I baked the first portion as usual, and started the second portion of the dough, set it to heat up and suddenly noticed that the middle had become a little convex, the tubercle was not large, but slightly noticeable and also noticed that when it heats up, something clicks inside, in general, I was baked, I thought it might be an optical illusion, but I cooled it down and checked it with my hand, there is really a bulge in the center
girls, did anyone have it? Is this the marriage got out or should it be? I never baked on the move, always put on the penultimate division
I am upset for something
Elfa
Olga VB, Olga, and the girls who have a pancake maker need your help. Today I tried a Ves pancake maker, and it didn’t work, it turned out super thin, in some places it showed through, I couldn’t turn them over (. In the end I switched to two pans, and everything went as it should. bake with pancake makers or stick your nose into the link.
Or maybe I need to somehow select the on / off mode .. and how long do you keep the pancake maker, dipping it into the dough? And how many pancakes are in the pan on each side?
Olga VB
Helen, my husband uses this pancake maker.
Now I’ll ask how he makes the dough.

And it literally immerses for 1-2 seconds. And it certainly turns off when it removes from the base.
Also, when I just bought it, I washed it carefully, wiped it off, calcined it without everything, wiped it with a napkin dipped in linseed oil, calcined it again and rubbed it thoroughly.
We don't use butter anymore, but add it to the dough.

The husband says that he likes the recipe from the instructions for the pancake maker the most.
Here's a variation:
flour 250g
kefir 500ml
egg 1
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
salt, sugar to taste (you must definitely try it so that the dough is tasty, then the pancakes will be delicious)
water - depending on the thickness of kefir, you often have to add 1/8 to 1/4 cup of water.

If you do it, for example, with whey, then you don't have to add water.
In general, you need to look at the test.
If your pancakes are too thin, then the dough may be thin.

Good luck!
Svetta
Elfa, so I already in this topic on page 32 wrote about the pancake maker (I have Arietta)

Due to the fact that the pancake maker is submersible, the dough turns out to be a very thin layer, the pancakes are soooooooooo, at the edges, in general, like tissue paper. Turning them over is problematic, when they turn over, they do not lie flat, the surface is slightly convex. Many do not turn them over at all, the pancake is baked. And when stuffing, put the filling on the fried side, and fried with the white side in a skillet.
And the pancakes according to the recipe from the instructions are slightly rubbery, without holes. Pretty tasty! I have not tried other recipes, it's just that the pancakes on this pancake maker are not mine. Lying around.

I have a different recipe in the instructions than Olya's, I'll write it.
Elfa
Olga VB, Olga, thank you very much, I will definitely try this recipe! And I'll fire it, I just greased it with vegetable oil before the first pancake.

svetta, And thank you, I'll wait for your recipe too, it's a long week, I'll try everything)

Elfa, Elena, I have the same pancake maker as yours. To make the pancakes thicker, I keep the apparatus in the dough a little longer than the instructions recommend. The edges are not crunchy. Pancakes become similar to those that I cook on the Unit40 stationary pancake maker.
Practice with the dipping time and everything will work out. : girl-yes: Good luck!
Jiri
Elfa, keep the pancake maker in the dough a little longer, the pancakes will be thicker and softer

Hello. I read the forums on this site with interest. But this is the first time I'm writing. Today my Pancake Master pancake maker arrived. I bought it with great doubts, the reviews are quite ambiguous. But, you know, I liked it, from the first pancake, with the most ordinary dough. Everything is very cool and fast. The only moment, maybe someone had this. When heated, the relay clicks, but the light does not go out. Change is not an option, I guess. We live in Montenegro, and were transported from Ukraine. Oh, and by the way, there is no smell at all. In this regard, it is simply an ideal device. 👍👍👍

kurikova, most likely, when the pancake maker heats up, the lamp burns a little brighter, and then, when it cools down - a little dimmer. And in daylight it is not very noticeable. Try to turn it on in the twilight - the differences will become visible for sure.

kurikova, the thermostat clicks, this is normal.

I made buckwheat pancakes on the submersible today. From the package. There are two advantages: the dough is beautiful like fermented baked milk, the pancakes are better than they turned out on their dough. Minus one - the taste is of course specific. I will continue to look for a recipe for myself, until nothing fits 100%.
SoNika
Good day After some reviews I was afraid and in no hurry to bake. Today I tuned in and decided to bake pancakes on a submerged pancake maker from GF. Forgive me the topic is not that a little, but alas, others are blamed. I am satisfied with the pancake maker for no longer. Specially baked in a pan and pancake maker. On the pancake maker, pancakes are faster, smoother and thinner. I just manage to wrap up the "minced meat" while the next pancake is being baked. There are no holes in the center. There was practically no marriage, there were practically no problems. Everything is clean, neat, and near the frying pan, despite the hood, the tiles had to be wiped! Mine are also happy. And as always, with a bunch of experiments at once - I decided to test 2 tests, in milk and kefir, with boiling water. But in the first case, I added a little Macfa for the pizza, apparently this affected the softness and brittleness of the pancakes - 1 photo, but if the pancakes are immediately folded in "triangles", then they become soft and do not break. Kefir is softer and more glossy - 2 photos. For an hour and a half, I baked and stuffed more than 30 pancakes

Tatyana, (not about submersible, did not want to spoil the author ...) mixed cottage cheese with 2 types of cheese and dill, but did not bake it yet, I’m waiting for my son to come to visit, then I’ll bake it, I’ve baked it for my spouse - I liked it. I think I will freeze a part. I wonder how the filling will behave after defrosting Tanyush, what kind of dough are you making?

Virine, what are you, we are here the last ~ 10 pages somewhere from 34 pages only about submersible and chatted, she is a pancake maker, even submerged, even bulk.
I make different doughs both with milk and kefir, these last ones were baked according to the recipe Larissa, I took carbonated water and made the dough thicker, it turned out elastic, did not break, the edges did not dry out much, I liked it for stuffing.

Tatyana, thank you, I'll try. Yes, I also diluted it thinner for baking in a frying pan, but on the GF the baking was thicker, still thin, but did not break, do not break and go away well.

And still not fat
SoNika
Tatyana, thank you, on occasion I will bake the Larins))) My recipe: beat 1 egg with 0.5 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. l. sugar, pour 700 ml of water and about 1 stack. milk, beat, add flour while whipping until liquid sour cream, add 1-2 tbsp. l. rast. butter, beat. Usyo.))), But you took min. water?

Girls, can you advise a good submerged pancake maker, I wanted to buy it - Maslenitsa is coming soon
There is no choice at all on Ozone, only Smile, there are negative reviews on it, but I want an ideal device
Ilmirushka
polliar, in the course that pancakes from under a submerged pancake maker are not quite familiar? They are completely without fats, (dietary) are rather dry, and therefore not tasty for everyone.
polliar
Ilmirushka, I wanted to bake according to my favorite recipe Thin pancakes (patches), if there is oil in it, won't it work? They baked them in a frying pan, but I want to automate this process too.

will not work?
it will work out! It's just that everyone bakes differently in a frying pan, some pouring butter and some not. With a submersible, there is nowhere to pour. But if you want so much fatter, then ready-made you can always smear
polliar
No, I usually baked in a dry frying pan, but ready-made to spread, if desired, of course you can

I tried it on milk, on kefir custard, it's not that. Come out thin, yes. But rubber, dry, with dry curled edges that crumble. Today I baked it on water, it turned out as the doctor ordered. She turned it over, without waiting for the toasted circle from below, immediately smeared with a brush in a circle of cream. butter, folded into a triangle and under the lid for the microwave. Soft, not dry. 2 eggs, 0.5 tsp salt, 1 tsp. l sugar and 0.5 l of water with a mixer. Poured at an average speed of 210 grams of flour with 0.5 tsp baking powder. Then 2 tbsp. l rast. oils. the dough stood for 15 minutes. Recommend

Yes, it did. They were tastier in an ordinary frying pan ... But I packed them three pieces in bags and in the freezer, and in the morning if I suddenly want pancakes for breakfast, I take out the package and heat it up in a pan under a closed lid with 2-3 tablespoons of water, they are steamed, restored and become tender and soft Filling in them - at will, in assortment, ham-cheese, cheese-greens, condensed milk or sour cream or jam, delicious
ladnomarina, Marina, thanks for the recipe, there were also kefir custards in the plans, but I'll try your recipe on water.
