6-7 medium potatoes
2 onions
3-4 sweet peppers
250 gr feta cheese
200 gr sour cream
3 eggs

Boil the cathrofel (it is even better to bake it in the oven - the drier the potatoes, the better), dry and cool. Peel, coarsely grate, salt and pepper. Put in a form greased with butter (!) Lubricate your hands with butter (!) Oil, smooth, make sides.
For the filling, cut the onion into cubes, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add diced bell peppers, simmer until soft (at this stage, you can add bacon or any meat and sausage leftovers). Put the mixture on the potatoes, flatten. Cut the cheese into small cubes and spread over the vegetables.
To pour eggs, beat with sour cream, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, pour the quiche. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° (convection 180 °) until golden brown.
Salt carefully, depending on the salinity of the feta cheese!
Of course, there can be any filling.

I was looking for a recipe for disposal of last year's potatoes and found your recipe by searching. It turned out to be very welcome, I did it twice already and both in the microwave - 35 gr. the heat does not allow to disperse in another way.
I confirm that it is tasty and satisfying, and it perfectly helps to dispose of the remains of the refrigerator. You can also put chopped tomatoes under a layer of feta cheese, they will give additional sourness and juiciness.
