Volovany with turkey

Ingredients:

Turkey fillet 300 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Quail eggs 8 pcs.
Cherry tomatoes 4 things.
Mayonnaise
Ready volleys 15-16 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Bake the turkey in the oven or boil. Cool and chop finely. Grate cheese on a fine grater, add chopped garlic and meat, season with mayonnaise, mix.
  • Divide the filling into volovans, put in each half a quail egg and a quarter of a tomato.
