Potato casserole with bacon, spinach and feta cheese

for 4 servings

450 gr potatoes
125 gr bacon
125 gr feta cheese or feta cheese
100g frozen spinach leaves
200 ml of liquid (drinking) cream
200 ml of water
1 table. a spoonful of potato starch

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices 1 mm thick.
Dissolve starch in water. Bring the cream to a boil, pour in a thin stream with constant stirring the diluted starch, bring to a boil. Add small diced bacon, defrosted finely chopped spinach, potatoes. Boil, stirring for five minutes, season to taste with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Grease a baking dish (I took two small ones) liberally with butter. Put the mixture in a mold, sprinkle with crumbled cheese, put a few thin slices of butter on top.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° (convection 180 °) for about 45 minutes. If the cheese starts to brown too quickly, cover the tin with foil.
