Potato pies with broccoli (lean)

Ingredients
Potatoes 800 g
Broccoli cabbage s / m 400 g
Flour 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Salt To taste

Strictly speaking, these are cutlets. I once tried to cook exactly stuffed potato pies, but cutlets are still better. And the fuss is much less. And my mother-in-law calls them pies, who introduced me to this recipe.
So. We put water to boil. While it is boiling, peel the potatoes. Pour cabbage into one saucepan, peeled and cut potatoes into another. Fill with boiling water, cook until tender (usually about 10 minutes). Pour the broth completely. It can then be used for soup or baked goods.
Press the potatoes as for mashed potatoes, carefully so that there are no lumps. We crush the cabbage lightly so that there are pieces. We connect. Add flour, oil, salt. Stir gently so that the cabbage does not suffer much. We form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in oil.
Serve as a side dish or solo with any sauce you like. Even cold ones are good!

1. If there is no fasting, you can add a raw egg to the minced meat and take melted butter instead of vegetable oil, it will be even tastier.
2. Instead of cabbage, you can use ready-made minced meat or fish. Again, if there is no post.
