Garlic-breaded pork tenderloin

Ingredients

1 piece of pork tenderloin
0.5 cup bran or nibs or bread crumbs
2 cloves of garlic
a pinch of ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
butter for frying

Cooking method

  • Squeeze the garlic through a press and mix with the breading, salt and pepper. Cut the tenderloin into portioned pieces ~ 1.5 - 2 cm thick. Press each piece slightly with your fingers, straighten - do not beat.
  • Dip the breaded pieces of meat and fry in butter in a pan. First over high heat on both sides, then on medium heat on two sides. 2 minutes on each side. Remove the pan from the stove, cover with a lid and let stand for 10 minutes.
  • The meat turns out to be juicy and soft, and the garlic gives off only its aroma.
