Lazy dumplings

Dough:
In warm water (250 ml), add a pinch of salt,
1 tbsp. l. rast. oil and a pinch of soda.
Flour approximately 400-450gr
Filling:
As usual, minced meat and all the additives and spices that come with it.

The dough is ready, the filling too. Roll out the dough like on a roll, lay out the minced meat, roll it into a tight roll.
We cut this roll into pieces of about 3 cm.
Fry these pieces in a preheated pan in a little oil, on both sides until browning (like cutlets).
The final stage, we settle these sloths in a pan and simmer.
Usually I breed a mushroom cube in warm milk, pour it overnight and carcass for 10-15 minutes.
This time I did two options. Fried half and then stewed in water with a bouillon cube. The other half was immediately stewed in cream with herbs, nutmeg and water. I can't even say which option is better. Very tasty this way and that!

She didn’t start putting on the back burner, there’s nothing at all - to order the dough for the bread maker, and beat the minced meat in Kenwood.

But she decided to be lazy to the bitter end - she put the dumplings in a large form, poured boiling sour cream-cream sauce on top and sent them to the oven. A real toasted dumplings bouquet came out

And here it is - a great reminder of lazy dumplings! I ran in and bought half a kilo of minced pork, threw the dough into the HP, while rubbing the onions and kneading the minced meat. Another 15 minutes. for rolling, folding and cutting, 15 min. for frying and stewing and - dinner is ready! Thank you dear!

Previously, I either boiled or steamed according to this principle, but fried and stewed in broth is much tastier. I wanted to re-vote for the second item, but I don't know how. Made with minced chicken. Sauce: homemade sour cream + a spoonful of tomato paste. Top with parsley and grated parmesan.
