What I love honey cake (except for the taste, of course) is the brevity of the composition of the products.

Honey cake "Diana"

Beat 3 eggs with 1 glass of sugar, 3 tablespoons of liquid honey, 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Put in a water bath. When frothed, add 3 cups flour. Keep the dough on the stove (warm).
Approximately 15 cakes. Mold with a diameter of 28 cm. The cakes roll very easily and bake very quickly. I use baking paper.
Cream:
1 liter of sour cream,
1 cup of sugar,
1 lemon (boil for a few minutes and chop together with the peel, carefully removing the seeds).
