Yesterday I baked buns and greased them with an egg. My eggs are large and the lion's share of the beaten egg remains. I'm not going to bake in the next few days, and it's a pity to pour out the egg.
Today I made meat "like in French" and added an egg to the mixture. What I liked was that the mixture did not spread, but remained on the meat with a lush, ruddy, juicy cap.

Meat (not a horse!) In a coat

Finely grated cheese, mayonnaise, spices, herbs, beaten egg. Mix everything and grease the prepared meat slices. Top with a drop of ketchup for beauty.
