Received three types of cupcakes, all eaten equally quickly. It seemed to me too much butter and sugar, I reduced it a little and added cocoa. Half the dough was mixed with a crushed banana, the second with a lot of candied fruits. This is such a delight, with an easy preparation.

So I got to this recipe, which I copied here a long time ago. Sour milk had to be disposed of. I did everything according to the recipe, poured the raisins with Limoncello cream-liqueur, I wanted a “drunken” raisin. And then she poured the remnants of the liqueur from the raisins into the dough, do not waste the good! The cupcake turned out great, rose well, baked, was big and tasty!

Today I tried this recipe for the first time, but with some deviations. Sugar used 0.5 cups, because we do not like very sweet things. Instead of kefir (there was not) I used 0.5 cups of sour cream 15%. And I diluted it with 0.5 cups of fresh milk. I didn't add cocoa and dried fruit this time. But instead of baking powder, I added 1 measured. tsp (from CP) soda and citric acid, since sour cream was not sour at all. Well, because of busting with soda, the top of the baking snapped. Baking in a silicone mold 5 cm high. and a diameter of 22-23 cm. and probably there was little dough. A small 4 cm pie turned out, although it rose well.
