Garlic 1-2 teeth

Cooking method

  • Cut the eggplants lengthwise into 4 slices. "Gorbushki" I used in stewed cabbage. Each cake will use 2 plates.

  • Grease the plates with vegetable oil, put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 200 ° C until golden brown. Do not dry out! Cool down.

  • Prepare the cream. Pass the garlic through a press, chop the herbs as small as possible, mix with cottage cheese, salt and pepper to taste. If it comes out very thick, add a spoonful of sour cream.

  • Salt and pepper the eggplants, sprinkle with seasoning. Spread each slice with curd mass and place two pieces one on top of the other.

  • Line the mold with cling film, place the finished cakes and refrigerate overnight. The cakes will leak a little overnight.

  • Decorate the cakes with sweet pepper rings, you can sprinkle with herbs.
