I baked a charlotte, it turned out delicious, but "fried" strongly. I think instead of 150 g of sugar (as in the recipe), you need to reduce it to 50 g. What do you think?

URAAAAAAAA !!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally, the top of my bread turned out to be beautiful, that is, as expected with a small mound. And all this time the top of the bread in the bread maker fell off. HURRAH!

RICHes, congratulations! found out the reason? Why did bread fall earlier? Share, maybe someone has the same problem.
Soselmer))), who made bread on short programs? Share the recipe? So far I am doing with semolina, combining programs, at least 2 hours are obtained. (everything would be fine, but you need to manually switch, requires presence, which is not always convenient)

And a miracle happened (maybe) - that's why the bread turned out. Have you tried charlotte baking in a bread maker? Zelmer 43Z010 is designed for baking bread of various weights of 500g, 700g and 900g, and the recipe for classic bread contains ingredients for 900g. I would like to bake a 500g or 700g loaf. How to figure out who will advise?
apelsyn
No, I didn't bake charlotte in hp, I use MV for that.
As for the second question, here somewhere there is a topic about recalculating ingredients depending on weight, but honestly speaking, I wouldn't bother. A whole forum of wonderful recipes for different weights.

Oh, what a Temka was found! Hello everyone! And I pushed my bread maker into the corner for 2 years already. I did not grow together with her from the very beginning. Now I found the Admin topics, everything seems to be clear, accessible, tomorrow I will try to make friends with the stove. I have a question here, what kind of function is this "Bagel dough", what is it for? I drove the search engine, found nothing, we could not look there.

Here is a link https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ption=com_smf&board=131.0... But there are topics to help a young baker, and not about our bread maker. It's just that my mistakes were just about technology.

judging by the recipe book, we make the dough in KhP, and then we form bagels and bake in the oven. But I don't know for sure))

Something for a long time no one came to Temka. Probably everyone is doing great. And I have a problem. Having taken out the HB from the closet and having read some useful tips (thanks to Admin-Tatiana and other masters), I started with French bread, everything turned out great, only the crust was very light, I applied foil, and the crust began to turn out beautiful. Then I wanted to add 50 gr of rye flour "Ryazanochka" to the recipe, and then trouble began, the dome began to fall off, the bread tasted good, the crumb was baked and perforated. I tried again, the result is the same. After reading about my problem on the forum, I reduced the liquid, the next time I added a little bit of yeast, then I eliminated the rye flour and in all cases the dome fell off. I get a good gingerbread man. Here's what I'm doing wrong. Tell me in which direction to look for my mistake.

No, I read this Temko periodically, and have not abandoned it. Only bread with the addition of rye flour has not yet tried to bake. And my sister tried to bake potato bread on my HP "Selmer", it turned out delicious. Thank you sister!

Good day. now I also have a Zelmer 43z010. the bread is good, I like it. I pull it out immediately after the end of the baking process, that is, I do not use it for 1 hour. I wonder, maybe it's better to let it stand in the bread maker for another hour, and then pull it out? who has any opinions on this matter?
sokolinka
Congratulations on your new assistant. I immediately take out the bread on the wire rack and let it cool under a towel. I think that you shouldn't torment the bread for another 1 hour of heating, what's the point of it? And so, while it cools down, you drive away your home, and the neighbors also fly to the smell.

Hello glorious bakers! Recently I became the owner of such a bread machine. Before that was LG - faithfully served 3 years and broke. I was very pleased with the bread and there was no embarrassment, except for the first 2-3 times ... And I am extremely dissatisfied with this bread maker ((((. The fact that the bread is not as airy as in LG, I don’t really like it, but not critical But the fact that you need to constantly help with a spatula, otherwise it mixes only part of the flour and the dough is obtained, like for pancakes, and on the left and right sides the flour is just horror, and the first couple of times it was normal ((((Someone Was there something like that? Maybe send it on a guarantee?

Bought Zelmer 43Z011. Everything worked out the first time. Baked white, corn (it turned out to be the smallest), with semolina and honey. Skolobok not steamed. Everything mixes well. But the cupcake turned out to be sweet, raw. I baked it on bake only and put a dark crust. It turned out to be rather dry and heavy. Please tell me the recipe for the cake and what program to bake. Thank you.

I repeat that the nuance is that this is not my first bread maker, and if you help with a spatula, the dough turns out excellent, the bun is correct

I bought Zelmer 43z010 for a special offer with electronic scales as a gift. I read on the forum how to bake bread. For which special thanks to Admin. : flowers: Finally I decided to try to bake bread for the first time. Italian Recipe by Admin. I had to tinker a little with the kolobok, but it was worth it. :) The bread came out very tasty. The crust is ruddy. And, by the way, I connected the bread maker through a voltage regulator - the network was 195v. So the first pancake is definitely not lumpy: you can't even compare DC with a store ...And the bread maker is great, did it perfectly well. True, while I was busy with the bun, sometimes I had to help with a wooden spatula when I poured flour ... once I poured it in ... I had to add a little water. But these are trifles, but I learned. By the way, the recipe is quite accurate, in my case it was possible to throw all the flour, I just got into the bag for additional flour, so I poured it :) But you will definitely have to buy a knife for bread.

My cupcake also didn't work out in Selmer. And who tried to make jams, now the berry season has just begun?

Hello ... I bought a Bread Maker, I want to bake something simple for the first time ... can you advise something ... I will be very grateful ... Thanks in advance)

An excellent bread maker, from the first time everything turned out fine without problems, I baked white bread with cheese, you will lick the bread, the main thing is to read a lot and learn the basics, and everything else with experience ...

Please help me. Is the kneading container somehow fixed inside? We bought such a bread maker, took out a container for kneading, something clicked there And now we lower the container, but it does not fix, but hangs out. Maybe there are some fixators or are we doing something wrong? Thank you!

The bucket should click when you press it correctly ... and that's it)

Hello everybody. I would like to contact Admin, please advise which HP to buy. I wanted Zelmer, but now I changed my mind

I realized that I had asked nonsense. I'll be there myself.

Also just bought and experimenting, I want to learn how to bake cornbread. The husband loves very much, is used to this, but he is not in the store.

Good morning! I read and read the forum, but did not find the question that interests me. I want to switch to Zelmer of this model from the fancy Mulinex. In Moulinex, EVERYTHING suits, but the buckets have already changed 4 times, the bushings are flying (very long and expensive). Tell me how Zelmer has this problem. And also, since I bake bread with sourdough, tell me what is the maximum mode in time for a full cycle (I did not find it in the instructions)? And is there still a function to save the program when you turn off the email. energy and for how many hours? Thanks in advance.
Sherik
The situation is exactly the same with buckets - more than a year is not enough (I use the stove every day), I order buckets from Mulinex
Ctrekoza
hello, I have such a story, I never had a bread machine and there were doubts whether I needed it at all ... but ... I came to visit a friend, and I see a bread machine in the far corner of the room, I ask what's what, she says that my husband bought a couple of years ago, (the husband) himself once tried to bake rye bread from a mixture from a store, he did not succeed, and they abandoned this business .. disappointed and did not begin to understand the reasons for the failure, so .. I she asked her to play)) my first bread is baked)
Ctrekoza
it seems like it turned out)) only probably the crust should be set dark

,
Elena, do not tell me which model of Mulinex buckets were ordered, otherwise we only carry buckets on order. Thank you
Sherik
I bought OW 2000 for Mulinex, but I advise you to go with your bucket or with a stirrer to any store and compare the diameter of the pin on which the stirrer is mounted, because it can be thicker and thinner, and the bucket will fit for sure! Good luck!

KONFETKA, tell me please, could you give me information about the volume of the measuring cup, and measuring spoons for the AURORA AU 480 bread maker, as well as instructions (if it exists at all). I have a recipe book, but maybe there is another instruction for use
