Thank you Pertovich
But the truth was that I baked the cake in a completely different recipe. I took it from the forum, made my own changes, and decided to look into my old notebook with recipes. I found the same recipe (only without cocoa) - my grandmother once cooked it !!!! ... that's just the program "Baking" I have for 1 hour. during this time, the cake did not have time to bake, it baked for another 40 minutes. I really expected that it would be the same as in the oven according to this recipe I cooked, but it turned out to be more "airy" so to speak. in general, it turned out well both in appearance and taste.

Hello! I got the same Zelmer stove.
Where on our forum can you find a recipe for the simplest bread for this oven? OR can I take from other stoves?
Thank you all for your answer :)

the simplest bread recipe for this oven?
Start by reading the forum - "Basics of kneading and baking bread" and with the recipe from the instructions for the bread maker
Fedor_MR
I used the recipe from sheet 2 of this topic. It turned out to be a bit heavy and with yeast it gives off a little ... as if it was not baked, but it seemed to be baked :)

Good afternoon, bakers! So I joined the ranks of Zelmer 10 model users. Both I and the family are very happy with the stove The first few breads were baked outside - they ate, but were indignant at the light crust and the white top (if it was set, it was dark; recipes from the instructions, I weighed everything on an electric scale), and after transportation to the "point of constant use "(home) - the bread turned out to be excellent (according to the same recipes and modes)!
I was wondering why such a different bread ?! And I took a multitester and went to measure the voltage in the network. As it turned out, my home network has -238 V, and in the first place of baking - 214 V. Here is the answer to the questions about the light crust.

My compliments to the public!

Yesterday I became the owner of Zelmer 43z011. We immediately decided to try baking something simple for a test and took bread with seeds according to the recipe from the instructions. The bread turned out, though not enough salt ...

The question is different. I still want to bake muffins more and more, but I just don't understand which program to do this in Zelmer 43z011 ??? I read the entire topic here, so I could not find an answer, only links to recipes. I looked at the forum, too, remained unanswered ...
dympopov
Thanks for the link. I've seen a lot of them. The trouble is that almost everything comes down to the fact that they put on a special program for cupcakes. Zelmer 43z011 does not have one, as I understand it ...

Only I didn't bake it, I baked it for another 20 minutes.

And I get the right recipe, only the BASIC mode. It seems that in terms of baking, everything is buzzing, but some kind of dense ... I'll try in Ukrainian the other day)))

Pay attention to how to measure the correct ingredients.
Dry, flour, etc. are measured in grams!
Liquid, water, oil, etc. in milliliters!

good evening kleskox35, today I bought a Zelmer 43z010. I haven't tried the oven yet, if it's not difficult, tell us about your impressions and results, if possible, answer how you prepared the oven for the first start:
sunflower oil?
oven temperature?
the order in which the ingredients are loaded?
kleskox35
MPV, excuse me for answering with a delay, your question somehow puzzled me ...
for the first start, you must first turn on the breadmaker for only baked goods (just empty) - butter burns out, etc. Then everything follows the instructions ... the question about the oven temperature is also not very clear .. If you just want to bake bread, then strictly according to the instructions put the ingredients. and Run the required program. If you want to bake bread in the oven, choose the dough program ...
MPV
thank you for your participation
the first bread turned out great (recipe from this site)
about oil in the oven - the question of preparing the mold before the first baking of bread according to the instructions for the bakery ("spread with butter and heat in the oven" - the end of the quote) was considered above
I tried to bake bread according to the recipe from the instructions for the stove - I avoided trouble only thanks to careful reading of "Solving possible problems with baking bread" from this site
kleskox35
I am very glad that everything turned out so well. In fact, in the section for beginners here you can find all the answers to any questions and, in general, our site is very sincere
MPV
i appreciated
if it's not a secret, is your Zelmer 43z010 bakery purchased in 2009 still working?
kleskox35
Of course it's not a secret, it works like a cute one!
MPV
did you have problems?
how to deal with the "pale" hump?
kleskox35
There were no problems ... and there was no "pale" crust either ... maybe just lucky
Althair
And no one paid attention to the fact that if water is poured into flour and kneaded, and then put into the HP, the blade does not remain in the bread?
MPV
no, I do everything according to the instructions. the scapula does not remain - what does the bread taste like?
Althair
Ordinary, almost like a fresh store (except that olive oil is felt a bit) ... It's just that when you put flour in the HP and then pour it with liquid, you often have to pick out the blade from the bread

So after all, according to the instructions, you need to pour flour into the water, and not vice versa. My bread pops up just like that.

So I russified the panel for my parents, where it is "enlarged" in the original resolution (I printed it large for my parents and hung it on the wall.)
Look in the window at the top there are grams and a dash, it corresponds to the selected weight, the weight is a round button, when you press it, the dash jumps. Press until the dash is on the desired weight.
Remember, first select the program, and then the weight and crust, otherwise all your choices will be reset.

Tell me, is the program "3. Bread from wallpaper flour" in our plant like in other plant "Rye"? And what is program 8. "Dark bread" for? In my instructions in Ukrainian, in general, these two programs are called "Black bread" What kind of bread do you bake on them? I'm confused

Hello everyone. I have a 43Z010 bread maker. I chose between 10 and 11, but chose 10, for those reasons that white appliances in the kitchen turn yellow over time ... The price for them is very pleasant. so far I have only used BASIC and FRENCH. from the instructions I tried several recipes, a good recipe for "Bread on semolina" from page 15. Very airy. I usually put a weight of 700 grams. I can't figure out how to insert a photo, where to read it: (tell me who knows

Good day to everyone! Take Zelmer 43Z010 into the ranks of the owners (bought yesterday). For 4 years I have had an ORION bread maker - an excellent bread maker. I have not yet figured out the intricacies of baking a new bread machine. Faced in the current bread maker with the fact that Zelmer 43Z010 is designed for baking bread of different weights 500g, 700g and 900g, and the recipe for classic bread contains ingredients for 900g. I would like to bake a 500g or 700g loaf. How to figure it out, help. Now I'm trying to bake charlotte according to the recipe book (it came with the bread maker), there the ingredients are given, I chose the SWEET program, and I don't understand what weight of baking in the menu I need to choose, since it is not indicated in the description. Although it is written that you can select the crust mode. But with this program, the crust mode is not set in the menu at all.
Sherik
When you select the weight, after selecting the program, you need to press the LOAF button and a small dash appears in the upper part of the display under the numbers, it is not very visible, but still ... and the baking time changes on the display, also with the color of the crust: button COLOR, and the dash moves already at the bottom of the display ...

I baked the first bread in this bread maker on the first BASIC program, there yes - when you select a crust color, a dash appears at the bottom of the display, choose the color you want. And in SWEET, when you press the COLOR button, the dash at the bottom of the display does not appear at all. What is this "miracle"?

And the most interesting thing is that the brochure with recipes for charlotte says "Choose the color of the crust." I still have a question: how many ingredients do you need to take for classic bread weighing 500 grams on the first program? Maybe someone knows?
