Sourdough wheat-rye bread with raisins

Ingredients

French sourdough 60g
Rye flour 150g
Wheat flour 280g
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Leavened wort 2 tbsp. l.
Fresh yeast 5g
Caraway 1 tbsp. l.
Curdled milk 100 ml
Water 150 ml
Raisins 0.5 tbsp (more)

Cooking method

  • Kneading on the Pizza mode, proofing for 20-30 min. Then into the mold, proofing to the desired size.

  • Baking in the oven for 15 minutes, 200 *, then 180 * until tender.
