Ingredients

Pike, fillet.
Bulb onions.
Salt.
Vinegar 6%
Seasonings (black pepper, for Korean carrots, etc.)
Vegetable oil.

Cooking method

  • Cut the pike fillet into 1-1.5 cm pieces and sprinkle with salt and put in the refrigerator for 10 hours, if for a longer time, you will need to soak a little. We rinse from salt, add spices, chopped onions into rings and mix, then pour 6% vinegar so that the fish is completely covered and put in the refrigerator for 10 hours. During this time, mix 2-3 times. After 10 hours, dump the fish into a colander and rinse a little (just a little) and let the remaining marinade and water drain off. We put it in jars, fill it with vegetable oil and put it in the refrigerator or start using it right away.
