Shells with mushrooms and chicken

Ingredients

"Royal seashells" 250 g
Champignons in their own juice 460 g
Garlic 3 cloves
Onions (medium) 2 pcs.
Salt, black pepper taste
Cream (thick) 400 g
Chicken fillet (boiled) 500 g
Porcini mushrooms (dried) 20 g
Parmesan 100 g
Vegetable oil (olive)

Cooking method

  • Boil the shells according to the instructions on the package. Throw in a colander, rinse with water and dry.

  • Grease a form with a diameter of 29 cm and place the shells in it.

  • Drain the juice from the mushrooms. If the mushrooms are whole, we cut them. We spread the mushrooms in a frying pan. We evaporate the remaining liquid. Add oil, chopped garlic. Fry lightly. Add chopped onion and simmer until tender. At the very end (2 minutes before cooking) salt and pepper to taste. Add the cream and let it boil. Finely chop the chicken fillet and add to the mushroom mixture. Mix everything well. Cool slightly.

  • We stuff the shells with the resulting mixture.
