Ingredients

Butter 125g.
Wheat flour 250g.
Sugar 2-3 st. l.
Vanilla sugar 1h l.
Light beer (can be replaced with sparkling water) 60 ml.
Brown sugar for biscuit rolls

Cooking method

  • Grind butter and flour into crumbs, add sugar, beer, knead the dough. I kneaded in a combine.
  • Place the dough in a bag and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Divide the chilled dough into 24 parts, roll into balls, then each ball into a flagellum 10 cm long, and roll it in sugar on all sides:

  • Connect the edges and place on a baking sheet lined with paper:

  • Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. After 20 minutes, my cookies were paler, I turned on 200C for 5 minutes.
  • Very tasty and crumbly biscuits that cook very quickly and are eaten even faster. It's just indecently delicious !!! Highly recommend with coffee !!! Torchetti cookies

The meaning is the same, only the proportions are different and you can not add sugar to the dough itself - a portion for the child is just useful (I think alcohol evaporates during cooking, and how much of it is there, there is more in cough syrup). So I just want to tell you how I roll. In a thin layer, about 0.5 cm, I squeeze it out with a mold and roll it on one side in ordinary sugar. In this version, it cooks very quickly. I have a very good oven, in the Heat mode from above, from below + convection is cooked at 200 degrees very quickly, while I cut the second baking sheet, the first is already ready. While I cut the third, the first has already been eaten. In total, it turns out three baking sheets, but I have more products according to the recipe.
In general, the cookies are just super. Even two portions will not be enough here. I, as a person who does not know the measure, do not stop until either I eat everything, or we eat to the dump. Lately I've been baking it almost every day. I haven't gotten on the scales yet - it's scary
