Only Lar has nothing to do
And no money? Then - in the old fashioned way, with handles, deep-fried. Here I just like that without oil.

Lorik, hello! What do you think, is it possible to do the same thing in a cupcake? I, of course, do not mean the form, but the content. Is the dough baked? Painfully, I respect curd dough. Have you tried baking muffins like this?

Lena, of course! Do you think a device that only bakes and changes the composition of the dough? The dough is famous. It can be deep-fried or in the usual way. Only time will change.

Several times, instead of currants, I put frozen cherries right in the middle of the dough in a cupcake ...
I admire this woman from the outside ...

Made strawberry muffins yesterday! Already gobbled up! Rather, wait, I type with one hand, and with the other, I stuff the last cupcake into my mouth while no one sees it. Cool turned out. Strawberries stuffed ah, three in each. I thought they wouldn't bake. No, everything is okay! Thank you, Lorik!
Tomorrow I'll pick up more cottage cheese, and two portions I'll bang!

I can’t understand why two teaspoons ??? "Using two teaspoons, spread the dough into the cells."

I scoop a portion of the dough with one spoon and, since it is thick enough and does not "drain" on its own, I have to "scrape" it off with the second. You can, of course, do this with your finger, but somehow it is more convenient for me to use spoons.

Thank you !!! So to say "and the chest just opened")))))

Larissa, donuts did not work out for me (the cherry was frozen, but flowed from it during the cooking process and so made a takoyachnitsa (electric), the dough did not wrap the cherry, it remained unopened at the top. Or do you drown it completely in the dough? I as in the photo you have laid it down.
And I also wanted to ask, during the cooking process, do you open the takootchka to turn the yakki?

Larissa, donuts didn't work out for me
Well, here, and I, seeing the notification of the answer, rolled my lip - I thought I would see a beautiful photo ... Ira, I put the berries (also frozen), as in the photo - I sink them slightly, then the dough squeezed out along the edges (on photo is visible), rises faster than in the center, and during baking it closes over the berry. And I open the lid before the end, so that some, unevenly browned, have time to turn over to achieve a uniform color.

I think so, most likely the dough did not work for me, it could not rise. In your section, the donut looks so fluffy and soft, but my donut turned out to be hard and clogged, and the dough initially turned out to be very thick, maybe it's the cottage cheese, I have it homemade and not wet ... And as an option, I could have let the baking powder fail.
Buy wet cottage cheese and a new baking powder and try again

Here are my donuts.

Curd donuts with cherries in an electric taco

At first, the dough was slightly steep, I diluted it with milk. I inserted frozen cherries. Next time I'll defrost it, a lot of water came out, but this is my store frozen cherry. Maybe someone has their own, and nothing.

And here is my assistant.

Beauty, Jeanne! Wonderful donuts turned out! I am very glad that you are satisfied with both the purchase and the result!
Claire
Thanks for the recipe! I have been in the bookmarks for a long time, I recently bought a takoyachnitsa, today I tried it, not bad. The main thing is absolutely without fat, to the extent of sweetness. There were no cherries, but in some I put pieces of chocolate left over from Easter, the chocolate melted, it also turned out well, and most importantly, it would be eaten.

And you, Claire, thanks for the report! I am very happy .
