Good day!
I bought this stove a few days ago. Everything is mixed and baked, you can even eat. But the smell !!! It's just creepy! The stench is all over the apartment, and the bread itself has an unpleasant "aroma". I have already baked several loaves, the smell does not disappear, but my appetite has already disappeared. What to do???

As I changed this ill-fated Bork for the 257th Panasonic in April, I stopped bothering. Not without difficulty he changed, with scandals, but changed. The same nasty smell due to the fact that Bork does not follow the correct technology for baking bread. And simply, the dough is not allowed to rise normally, to ripen. So it turns out that you are "baking yeast". Try sprinkling the dough ingredients in the pan and frying right away - you get the same smell. In Bork, if my memory serves me, bread is cooked for 2.5 hours, and in Panasonic - 4. That's the whole difference. Do not even hesitate, return the stove and take something worthwhile. Maybe someone will not agree with me, but Panasonic, it seems to me, is the best that can be. Since April, we have never bought bread at the store for our family. Bread from the oven is fluffy, white, with a delicious aroma, crispy crust. When baking, you get stupefied in the house with a luxurious spirit of bread. This is joy! And Bork - to its creators in one place.)

In Panasonic, the time difference due to the fact that the products just lie there, at this time their temperature evens out. And the running time of programs is almost the same everywhere. I speak with confidence. because both visited me.

envo , be correct !! Bork may not be the best stove, but no one is immune from manufacturing defects! Believe me, in Borok you can also bake fragrant bread and a crispy crust!

Hello everybody! I have been using Bork BM-500 for a year now. I invent the recipes myself and set the baking time as needed. If you need more than an hour, then I press "stop" 5 minutes before the end of baking and set the baking for another 15-20 minutes (we have such a function in our oven). Now my task is not to miss the rise of the dough, so that the "roof" does not fail. Recently I've been baking this layout:
1. a teaspoon of sugar.
2. Water - 350 g (kefir, milk, in general, liquid)
3. 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
4.60 g of wheat malt, brew 100 g with boiling water and leave for 5-10 minutes (boiling water is included in the total amount of liquid)
5. If there is (and for the sourness of taste) a tablespoon of sourdough.
6. Flour 480 g
7. A teaspoon of salt, you can 1.5.
8. 1 teaspoon of dry yeast. If there is no leaven - 1.5 tablespoons.
The state of the bun, depending on the flour (wheat, wheat-rye, rye-wheat, never made from rye).
Baking 1 hour 10 min.
This is a common recipe. I make flour and malt myself, that is, whole grain is obtained. The sourdough from Viki has been with me for a year.
Yesterday I made this bread. Flour 100 of my own and 380 - from the store (I will not use up the bag that my wife bought)

This is what I want to say, I fully support the statement that this is not the best stove ... Let's start with the fact that LG has never had a bad baking in 15 years of use! ..it all boiled down to putting everything that was required, turning it on and forgetting! (which, in fact, is required from the equipment in the kitchen) It squeaked, came, pulled it out .. Some troubles with a bark .. and there is little flour in the recipes .. and watch the bun .. I need it?! .. .. it's easier to knead and bake in the oven with your hands, why then spend so much money? .. I am very disappointed with the stove .. alas, two weeks have already passed ...

My "Bork-500", thank God, is without marriage. The seller also persuaded us to buy "Bork", and they were ready to take "Panasonic".
I believe that it is my own fault. Before it was necessary to study the topic up and down, but I could not wait for my bread ... The only disappointment was that you can bake the same bread in cheaper CP. It turns out only overpayment for the design.
We now know that, alas, not all sellers are bona fide. And before you buy a product, you need to carefully study the topic! You just need to look for information in the right places and not rush to buy ...

Bagi , it's a shame that you do not add up to HP. But "keeping an eye on the bun" is not Bork's troubles, but the norm when baking bread in any HP. Take proven recipes from the forum, not from the instructions. See how many excellent breads are baked in Bork. Look for your bread and good luck !!!

It's true about this model, but Bork corrected himself a little and launched a serious x800 on sale, and the price for it is almost not overpriced. We thought about it and reduced the cost by 40%.

This only happens if the handles are not crooked!
Commenting on this scripture is simply disgusting!

Personally, I have two different HPs, and the same recipe is the same in both HPs. This one, for example, https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=173233.0

I also got a cheesy version even from a recipe book .. In BORK from 10 tabs - it turns out from the strength of 2, in LG from the same 10 tabs - 10 .. that's what I'm trying to convey ..so that people do not do stupid things and do not buy it, sorry, shit .. so that it, instead of saving time .. takes you to watch the batch .. this is not the case! What's the point of looking for recipes on the forum if options are attached for the price of HP?

The evening ceases to be languid. I tell you again that the stove has nothing to do with it !!! Look how many people bake excellent bread there !!!

This is how recipes are printed by people far from baking. This is a recipe book problem, not a stove problem. Unfortunately, you don't hear anyone but yourself. I consider the topic closed for myself. Good luck!

You are wrong, for several months, I tried to hear you (forum) read .. studied .. looked for a problem in myself .. but .. did not find it .. I agree that the problem is not in the stove .. but the recipes are not a fountain .. and here on the forum too .. the most important thing .. that there is no program distribution in the instructions .. it is not known how much it does what ((I make a dough for pies in HP .. program 1.30 .. the dough upon completion .. warm and raised from fermentation .. not I think that this is correct for baking ... .. and there are a lot of but .. If a person thinks that after buying kitchen appliances one needs to adapt to it and get used to it for a long time - welcome .. but it seemed to me that kitchen appliances .. should free ... that's the whole problem ..

Bagi! Believe me, x \ n Bork is not the worst. I have something to compare with. I had Zelmer before her. You can't even imagine what the instruction was THERE. If not for this site, I would never have been able to master the bread maker according to the instructions that came with Zelmer. She's just disgusting. According to the recipes from the instructions for Bork, I baked only once (immediately after purchase): "Traditional white bread", it turned out the first time. Then she baked only according to recipes from the site, which I used on the old x \ n. There were never any problems with bread in Bork. Try to bake "Italian Bread" by Admin. The recipe is simple, but the bread is delicious. I wish you success!

Lenok458, thanks for your sympathy)) I constantly try something .. but so far the result is not very good .. LG had a recipe for quick bread, we used it most often .. but in Bork it does not work .. apparently closer to summer I will send it link to the dacha and buy LG.

Bagi! I have never used the fast baking mode outside of Zelmer or Bork. In my opinion, in 2 hours. 10 min. it is impossible to get bread of normal quality. In the instructions for Bork it is written that in this mode the bread has a smaller volume and is harder. Yes, and in this mode you need a lot of yeast, which is not at all useful. For the most part I use: basic mode 3 hours, wholemeal bread 3 hours. 40 min. (If I bake wheat-rye) and French pastries 3 h. 50min. And of course - the dough. On French pastries, the bread is high, airy. In the main mode, lower and denser.
